[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a 6 foot 6 inch tall senior citizen. I have a birth related spine defect. The adjustable lumbar support is great. Have a pinched carpal nerve in my neck and the adjustable head and neck support is also great. Assembly hardware in my package came with 1 extra of each fastener. Seat is comfortable, mesh back is great on hot days. Overall, a great chair and decent price.

Office chair

This was so easy to put together. It took me under 30 minutes. The chair is sturdy. The seat is wide the side handle armrest are soft. This is so comfortable but the head rest you can adjust it according to where it's comfortable for your neck. This is a must buy if you work from home or have to sit in a desk for a long period of time the value is superb. I would definitely buy this again.

If I had to complain it's the material on the chair feels like cheap/ rough fabric. 
Probably durable but not much in the way of comfort.
I threw a soft cover cushion over it and perfect now.

Week 1, and the lift is broken. Week 2, when i leaned back, it broke, and now its stuck in a leaned-back position. This is a major piece of poorly manufactured doo doo. 

So now that I've wasted my money,  time, and this manufacturer has wasted our Earth's resources on a product not fit for sale, I have to stuff it back inside a box, waste more of my time, then waste more precious earth resources transporting it back, where it will eventually end up as garbage in a landfill. I'm disgusted by whoever manufactured this, and you should be deeply ashamed of the garbage you create.
