Not pleased at all, but being disabled, I have no option nor way to return it. I do not care for the Dell branding which you are reminded of periodically throughout use. It's better than a Chromebook, which I will also never purchase again, but after the purchase of this dell, I'll go back to HP. This is just a no-go for me.

Computer works well, no issues with all the components. Was well packaged, would recommend for anyone wanting a basic computer.

Only have one problem, the computer screen blinks in black screen every now and then. I'll return to finish this rating if they help me fix this today. June 27, 2025.

just what I needed. very good price. only thing i didn't like is it has 2-4GB DRAMS instead of 1-8GB. if i want to upgrade i would need to buy 2-8GB.
also it does not have WiFi as the description stated.

the screen was way to small for me to work with so,it was returned and I only needed a larger size screen.

I bought this computer for my son and it doesn't seem to be user friendly. It doesn't have the same features that the other dell had. It seemed like a refurbished computer and not a very good one.

Get what you pay for

This computer was sold to me as a new computer…. Apparently it was a refurbished one. It wouldn't let me get past the administration profile. It kept saying that i was under 13!!

Product has so many problems Power energy saver keeps shutting down even after everything tried, Screen Freezes and shakes. Not a reliable machine. Do not waste your time

You get what you pay for

in less than a month it started not coming on because it was saying DP is not connected, but I checked all connections and they were all connected, but it keeps saying the same thing repeatedly. sometimes it won't come on because of that. now it's saying I shut down the computer when I had other pages open and I didn't. I downloaded rollercoaster tycoon 3 and that's the only thing I have been on since I purchased this Dell computer. it has been problematic ever since I purchased it. I'm starting a return. it also froze after a 7 year old was pressing a bunch of buttons and it wouldn't factory reset no matter how much I tried. I did finally unplug it and plugged it back in again, that worked, however, I'm very unhappy with it because, like I said, it's problematic. it's one thing or another. it also closes out of my game for no reason, causing me to lose my progress at times.  this was purchased as pre-owned and who knows what problems the owner may have had.

PC can not be upgraded to Windows 11.  the description leads you to believe it can and the device can not.  I want to return it
