Price

New and I keep getting an error message. When I call their support only 1 person keeps answering and she is the most unhelpful person. She tells me that she is sending me an email of a trouble shooting guid. I say I've done everything on the guide. Which is take the back off and check all connections to the circuit board   and she tells me do it again and again. No one had time for that. I asked her could she suggest anything else and her response was again “I sent you a trouble shooting guide, you need to follow it.”  I will be returning this to the store.

I have sent 3 emails about the remote being broken when it was received and no response yet.. This was a gift and have been left hanging !!! Not happy with the lack of communication

received the heater with no remote or anything to mount it with so it can only heat on 72 degrees. very disappointed
