I am absolutely in love with this crib! Its gorgeous and modern. The two toned detail of the crib and feet looks absolutely lovely together. I wanted an all white crib, but now I can mix in some light wood and woven basket accents into the nursery. 

My first son never slept in his crib, so the standard sized crib took up so much space in our bedroom. Fast forward to our second son: this Essex mini crib is the perfect size! It accommodates children up to two years old, which is perfect since our first son slept in his own big boy bed by then. The Essex mini crib was incredibly quick and easy to put together. The craftsmanship of the crib is great, I have no complaints there. I have a playroom desk set from Delta that has stood the test of time, even after almost five years. 

All in all, I would definitely recommend the Essex crib to all of my friends!

A Modern and Beautiful Crib!

I absolutely love this crib! The size is so perfect as its just a bit smaller than a standard crib, and conveniently fits in smaller spaces. I have this one for while we are down stairs, and I have our standard crib (also Delta Children) for when are upstairs. This was super easy to put together and we did it fairly quickly. Everything about it is sturdy and safe which I love. Also, the aesthetic of the crib is a perfect fit for our home! Excellent crib for an excellent price, especially because it comes with a mattress!

Sturdy, gorgeous crib!

This mini crib is so adorable! It is the perfect size for my 21 month old! I love how lightweight it is, which makes it easy to move if I need to vacuum or want to rearrange the room, etc. Another Delta Children product that we are 110% satisfied with!

Love this mini crib! it is the perfect size if you are tight on space. Also it was super easy to put together! 10/10 recommended.

Get It! You Won't Regret It.

Crib itself it good. Sturdy and quick to assemble. 3 stars due to the horrible smelling mattress it came with. I'm a chemist by day and could very easily tell there were some unsafe VOC 's coming from that foam. Strong formaldehyde off gas that doesn't decrease over time, wouldn't have my baby anywhere near it.

Nice crib, horrible smelling mattress

I love the crib itself! The assembly was very easy and the quality seems great for the price. However, the mattress smells HORRIBLE. I kept it outside to try to get rid of the smell but it did not work. I put a mattress protector and a sheet on it, laid my baby down with her sleep sack on and she smelled like the mattress when she woke up. If you get this crib just know you'll need to order a different mattress unless you're fine with the chemical smell of the mattress.

Good crib, horrible smelling mattress

I wish I had read the reviews about the mattress before purchasing this set. I had been so excited for find an affordable mini crib with a mattress thicker than an inch, but wow did the mattress in particular smell awful of chemicals. The crib itself had an off gassing odor as well, but that did dissipate after a week. The mattress, on the other hand, smelled strongly for weeks, despite airing out by an open window for weeks. I reached out to Delta but they just offered me charcoal to absorb the smell. My concern, however, is the source of the smell, not just that it makes the room smell. I'm glad I didn't need it right away, but so disappointed because I ended up having to buy a separate, much more expensive mattress to ensure it was safe for my newborn. I wish this crib had the option to buy just the crib without the mattress for a reduced price. Or, ideally, it could come with a mattress that didn't make me doubt the Greenguard gold label.

Has such a strong paint fume smell. You shouldn't have to air out a crib for days before your baby can use it.

Smells awful

do not buy just because its a good price! i should have listened to the reviews. There is a strong chemical and paint smell on the bed and mattress. Ive tried wiping it down and airing with a fan but the mattress is still strong. i googled it and came across VOCS. Find one that has no vocs.

Like most of you, I bought this to keep my pet snakes in. The spaces are far too big. What happened was really scary.
