We've had this faucet about a month now, and I can't image not having the touch feature! It is so tremendously helpful while cleaning dinner dishes, etc. has worked flawlessly, even works with kitchen gloves on if they are a bit wet. I added the AC adaptor so I don't have to worry about batteries. Follow the installation instructions exactly, and it will work well. This is installed under a composite under mount sink, and a composite countertop.

This faucet was part of our 2019 kitchen reno, and I thought I'd wait a while to write the review to give me a chance to really use it. After 3 years in use, both my hubby can honestly say this faucet was a good investment. Great spray, great looks, and the Touch 2O feature has turned out to be the best feature ever. So easy to turn on and off if you've got dirty hands. Friends come over and comment on how easy to use it is. Would definitely buy again.

I purchased this on a warranty from a previous Delta product. The company was very prompt in sending me this Essa tap. Previous tap lasted over 12 years! Delta stands behind their products. Installed the tap yesterday. Very easy to install, within minutes. I love the features and the matte black color. My favorite feature is the magnetic retractable pull down hose. Smooth both up and down, love that the hose is also black and not silver. Great price for a very practical Kitchen faucet. I hope to have at lease 12 years with this tap. Thank you Delta for continuing to manufacture quality products at reasonable prices.

Great Kitchen faucet

The force of the spray is great for clean ups and the touch feature is super responsive. Stylish as well. I did my homework and this faucet is good value for the money.

Exceeds Expectations

Life is good

I purchased this faucet and honestly I love the way the sensor works and all. But to my shock, it started to rust within only 6 months of use. It's rusting where the magnet is attached to retract the head. Terrible to see the rust on such a nice looking and functioning faucet. 
How can I resolve this issue?

After buying two new Android tablets ... It still dosen''t turn the sink on or off. It shows up on my network but can't seem to control the faucet. four replacement powe bricks and two replacement Android controllers later, The stupid App still cant control the faucet.The whole reason for buying this was to add the faucet to all the lights, AC, door locks and doorbell. No way am I going to add this to the bathroom faucets.
