Well I had my plumber put my Essa Black kitchen faucet in and its been maybe 2 years now. The soap dispenser which is metal has plastic internal parts where you push down to pump the soap, well that broke and I can not find the paper work for the faucet since it was put in by the plumber. How do I get a replacement or is it on warranty still, hopefully I will get some information.  I believe the part is RP50781BL  but I do not know it is under warranty or not.  Please

We had bought many Delta products and this one failed our expectation.  It broke a little over a year.  Is it still under warranty?  The faucet is great and the set look wonderful.  Can I get a replacement of the pump and top unit?  I don't want to purchase a genetic replacement because it won't match the faucet. P.S.  I have a picture but the Add Photo function is not working!

This is the second time that I have had to replace the soap dispenser. does this have any warranty? mine is about 2 years old.
Could I get a replacement under warranty ?

SECOND SOAP DISPENSER THAT BROKE

The soap pumper isn't even 5 months old and it has quit working.

bad piece of equipment, don't buy it

First of all, I am a big fan of Delta products. I completed a total gut renovation of my house 2 years ago and used many Delta faucets.

However, the kitchen sink soap dispenser has been the bane of my existence!

It jams repeatedly after a few pumps. I then have to pull it out, twist it back and forth to return it to working use. Today was the last straw, when it jammed and no amount of twisting made it unjam. 

It was when I pull it apart I found that the entire internal assembly is PLASTIC! No wonder it was repeatedly jamming.

I am disappointed in Delta that they offer a product such as this.

Delta Faucet Canada

I purchased the Delta Deluca Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet that came bundled with the RP50781 - Dispenser Assembly.
The faucet has been flawless, but the dispenser broke after a couple of years. Typically Delta Faucets are of high quality and great design.
How can I get a replacement?

Horrible soap dispenser

We installed a new faucet and soap dispenser (RP50781SS). We love the look and were very happy initially. Unfortunately the soap dispenser broke after only 4 months of use due to normal course use. The piece is plastic unfortunately it did not meet our expectations in terms of durability.

Great look, broke after 4 months of use

I am on my 2nd dispenser (1st one lasted about 2.5 years, and wouldn't pump much soap out anymore).  Same issue with the 2nd one I have now, about another 2.5 years  later.  I have taken the dispenser apart trying to clean all the parts, thinking maybe soap had just accumulated and is causing a 'jam'?...anyway, same problem on the 2nd one.  Not sure if I would buy this a 3rd time.

Pilar Accessory Soap Dispenser

I purchased this soap dispenser a few months ago, and I am very unhappy with it.  The opening on the bottle that holds the soap is so small that the liquid soap I use takes forever to go through it, and the bottle is so small that I am forever filling it up.  A Delta soap dispenser that I used to have had a much larger bottle; is a larger bottle available for this model?  If not, is there another soap dispenser with a larger bottle?

Very unhappy with my purchase!
