This popular Brazilian hammock offers an ultimate form of comfort and relaxation. Created in the style that has been handed down for generations by native artisans in Northeastern Brazil, these hammocks are tightly woven with comfortable, long-lasting colorfast cotton thread and can be an ideal fit for an assortment of relaxation needs. If you're planning an overnight camping trip or a lengthy backpacking excursion, this Brazilian hammock will provide a comfortable resting spot at the end of a tough day. Or if you need a permanent source for relaxation in your backyard, back porch or cottage, this will definitely fit the bill. It works for many occasions; it's lightweight enough (4 pounds) that it can be easily transported from one spot to the next or left in a single location on a permanent basis There's no wonder that more than half of the people in Ceara, Brazil, where many of that nation's hammocks are produced, prefer to sleep in them rather than beds! You may be inclined to agree with the Brazilians once you take the time to stretch out and spend a few relaxing moments curled up in one. This Brazilian Style Double Hammock holds two adults (a 450-pound maximum), who have room to lounge and relax in the bedding area. It's very easy to hang and put to use. You'll be ready to test out the relaxation factor within minutes of its arrival – if you can beat the spouse or kids to it!

Mothership Arrival

hammockuniverse.com

I can't tell you how many times I came home from work through the summer and fell asleep in my hammock. Or how often my 20 min peruse through a cookbook turned into 3 hours. I've never owned a double size...and I'll never go back At only 5'2" I can stretch out any-which-way. My only complaint could be that I blame my unproductiveness on it I live in central interior BC it's November and it's

Love, Love, Love My Hammock!

I bought this as a gift for my dad's birthday and it turns out that he loves it so much that he wants more. So I am back to buy 2 more for him to have at our family cabin.
I tried it out too and it is quite comfortable. Very reliable company as well the hammock arrived the day after I purchased it.

So satisfied, I am buying 2 more!

While in Costa Rica we found our relaxation would not be complete without a hammock. Family was headed down to join us within a few days so we took a chance with Canada Post's back to work delivery and placed the order. Within minutes Simon confirmed the order and ensured it would be delivered in time. The hammock arrived in Costa Rica and has been enjoyed by the whole family. Awesome hammock awesome customer. Thanks to Simon and his stafff for making our vacation completely relaxing.

Awesome customer service

This is the 2nd hammock that we have ordered. We liked the first one so much we had to order another. The first was for our daughter who left with the hammock to go to University this fall so I just ordered another one for my wife. We are very pleased.

Wonderful Hammock

I purchased 2 hammocks for my boys 10/15 to replace their beds. They have found them fun comfortable and when not hanging have increased the usable space in their room. When they "make" their beds they un hook one end and fold it over and hang clip on opposite end No more nagging to make their beds. They have commented on how comfortable they have been and how much more rested they wake Ve

yahoo!!!

I was pleased with how quickly it arrived. Got here in time for a gift for my husbands birthday. We have hung it on our wood swing set - without the swings- and hubby liked it. Hung a small plastic tarp with it to keep it dry after a rain. Very happy with your service and the hammock.

Love it

I love my Brazilian Double Hammock. I sleep in it every night and can't tell you how many times I am just drifting off to sleep when I think "mmmm I am so comfortable I love this hammock". I used to toss and turn all night long now on the rare occasion I move around a bit; I am gently lulled back to sleep. I cannot imagine going back to sleeping on a conventional bed.

Every nights a good night!

The hammock itself seems strong and is comfortable. Time will tell if it holds up the way my last hammock from Peru did lasted 13 years. One concern the bag that it came in tore along the seam the first day. I hope that's no reflection on the quality of the hammock itself....

So far so good!

It was delivered super fast.

It is the smallest hammock I could find that could fit in my 13" space.
The helpful telephone salesperson suggested tying a big knot in the strings to make it even shorter which worked great.

It's well made. It really is a "double" hammock - you feel like you are in a cocoon and it's not easy seeing around you when "inside" it. Some people might not like that.

We are enjoying it.
