Dealing with bladder leakage is never fun. Depend is the only brand I have found that doesn't bunch up in the back and is completely discreet under clothing. With a 30 inch waist it's difficult to find a brand that isn't visible and is able to hold a full bladder leak. Sure there are more absorbent options out there but I haven't found a more absorbent product that is also this discreet.

A must for after prostate surgery! This are great for leaks caused by surgery to remove the prostate. Absorbent and designed to help with the embarrassment leakage might cause. Great fit just like underwear. The feel is a little weird but nothing that you cant get use to while having to wear them.

Dang! As I'm getting older and taking more diuretics, it's difficult to venture out for groceries and physician appointments. So I had to suck up my pride and go with something that allows me to get through my errands. These diapers are necessary and work well as long as I watch my daily diet. They fit discreetly so no one knows I'm wearing them when I'm out in public.

Husband in assisted living facility where different brand briefs are provided. They are white, don't fit as well and are not as absorbent as the Depends. Insurance has been covering Depends  as OTC eligible purchase…I am very grateful as husband refuses the white ones as “too much like diapers” , as well as not being as reliable

This is the best price for these for men. Sadly my husband is passing away soon from Cancer and they're a lifesaver.

Never had the first accident with this brand, even with an indwelling catheter in the mix. The stretch and fit is great. Never had any leaks or tares overnight. Surprisingly,  the  L size was a great fit even for 6'2"man weighing 240lbs.

Thing that I've had problems with is sometimes it would be after I turned it off, but it's been better this last time. I don't know what the difference is, but anyway that was the only complaint that I've had but as far as use of it, it's easy to use and I've been with the perfect fight sometime now

I tried 4 different incontinence underwear . this is the only "one" that worked. spent a lot of money on e c pensive ones that said dont leak, waterproof. they leaked. this item didnt le a k and held gushes through the night. this is our pick for future use. it worked. 
i recommend this product.

i weigh 119 kilos my rear end is small for my size, my front makes up for it .
The diapers do not do a complete job , they tend to move down ,the result is 
i am not completely cover back there .
i would like to have  the waist line higher in the back of the diapers. 
maybe make the leg openings  up the front end which would move the coverage  of both the front and rear much improved

My husband recently started having incontinence issues due to cancer. The first purchase was for large size up to 38" waist, they were too tight for his 36" waist and they leaked.  I also purchased Tena brand in size sm/med they were a perfect fit with no leaks. But I ran out and had to switch back to Depends bc they don't carry Tena in store and shipping takes 4 days. So I purchased the xl Depends thinking fit and aborbancy would be better. It is  not. I would not recommend. Some told me you need to add and extra urine pad but with the sizing issue an extra pad would not be comfortable nor economical! If you need to use these I highly recommend purchasing the Tena brand and by multiple packs due to how long it takes to ship. I haven't been able to try another store bc my husband can't be left alone and being able to have everything shipped to home is a convenience I really appreciate.
