I gave the Depends Adult Diapers for men a 5 star rating, at times they mess up with the sizing, one box had Medium Size and one time got the Extra Large size. I realize that this can happen at times, so we deal with it, they’re much better than any of the other brands, recommend them.

Thing that I’ve had problems with is sometimes it would be after I turned it off, but it’s been better this last time. I don’t know what the difference is, but anyway that was the only complaint that I’ve had but as far as use of it, it’s easy to use and I’ve been with the perfect fight sometime now

Husband in assisted living facility where different brand briefs are provided. They are white, don’t fit as well and are not as absorbent as the Depends. Insurance has been covering Depends  as OTC eligible purchase…I am very grateful as husband refuses the white ones as “too much like diapers” , as well as not being as reliable

I tried 4 different incontinence underwear . this is the only "one" that worked. spent a lot of money on e c pensive ones that said dont leak, waterproof. they leaked. this item didnt le a k and held gushes through the night. this is our pick for future use. it worked.

Fits awkwardly, tight in some places.  Your essentials aren't as comfortable as they I believe they should be although I can't quite figure out why.  But they do the job for me when I use them during times of stomach troubles now and again.  They have never leaked although I have never put them to the real test based on my particular situation of infrequent use.  Have to consider many different needs when making decisions to purchase a product based on someone with a whole different set of needs and/or frequency of use.

These seem comfortable and non-binding. None of these are for poop, but they do have tear-away sides (can add front/back liner pads). They have a "tag" box marking the back, although the lining is much higher in front, anyway.  Nice (manly) charcoal gray. Note, for a side-sleeper, it's best to add a mens pad (Assurance works fine), then pull these up good and snug nestling in the pad first to prevent side leaks.

Comfortable and Effective (medium)

A family member wears these for medical reasons.  They work fine for breakthrough urine, but not so much when he's sound asleep. 
The generic ones work just as well.

I got the "male" ones by mistake.  I was looking at sizes and didn't realize these were for men.  They are designed the same as the women's style, but I've found these to be a lot thinner and less absorbent than the women's style.

i weigh 119 kilos my rear end is small for my size, my front makes up for it .
The diapers do not do a complete job , they tend to move down ,the result is 
i am not completely cover back there .
i would like to have  the waist line higher in the back of the diapers. 
maybe make the leg openings  up the front end which would move the coverage  of both the front and rear much improved

My apologies, but I returned this package of Men’s Depends to the store for credit as I am not a man nor did I want to wear men’s underwear!!!  I reordered the same product in women’s underwear %26 I like the women’s pull up underwear so much better than having to wear a diaper!!!
