Bladder Leakage

Provides a comfortable, secure fit with flexibility.

These Depend Incontinence briefs are a wonderful product. Unfortunately, my spouse has been bed ridden for the last few weeks and I choose to use these instead of adult diapers. It allows him to keep his dignity, even though he is immobile and can't walk to the bathroom. They are very absorbent; holding a lot of fluid without leaking.

Depend on Depends Male Incontinence Briefs

walmart.com

Dealing with bladder leakage is never fun. Depend is the only brand I have found that doesn't bunch up in the back and is completely discreet under clothing. With a 30 inch waist it's difficult to find a brand that isn't visible and is able to hold a full bladder leak. Sure there are more absorbent options out there but I haven't found a more absorbent product that is also this discreet.

Best I've found

A must for after prostate surgery! This are great for leaks caused by surgery to remove the prostate. Absorbent and designed to help with the embarrassment leakage might cause. Great fit just like underwear. The feel is a little weird but nothing that you cant get use to while having to wear them.

Great for after prostate surgery

I got these for my friend's dad when he was adjusting to a magnesium prescription and was experiencing some incontinence as a result. He is a little over 6 ft tall and wears extra large pants. These XL briefs fit well and seem to "contain the problem." They are high quality and work and function pretty much like regular underwear. The only drawback that I became aware of was that they were not easy to tear on the sides. We may have been doing something wrong, and maybe there's a trick to it, but typically that type of brief can be easily torn on the sides to make them easy to remove.

Good Fit and Function

These seem comfortable and non-binding. None of these are for poop, but they do have tear-away sides (can add front/back liner pads). They have a "tag" box marking the back, although the lining is much higher in front, anyway. Nice (manly) charcoal gray. Note, for a side-sleeper, it's best to add a mens pad (Assurance works fine), then pull these up good and snug nestling in the pad first to prevent side leaks.

Comfortable and Effective (medium)

The back end of the absorbent pad seal does not stay connected to the back of the underwear on several of the underwear and the stuffing comes out. I feel the fit is better and more comfortable than original Depends.

Better fit, but has seal issue

A family member wears these for medical reasons. They work fine for breakthrough urine, but not so much when he's sound asleep.
The generic ones work just as well.

I got the "male" ones by mistake. I was looking at sizes and didn't realize these were for men. They are designed the same as the women's style, but I've found these to be a lot thinner and less absorbent than the women's style.

i weigh 119 kilos my rear end is small for my size, my front makes up for it .
The diapers do not do a complete job , they tend to move down ,the result is
i am not completely cover back there .
i would like to have the waist line higher in the back of the diapers.
maybe make the leg openings up the front end which would move the coverage of both the front and rear much improved
that you for listening
Darrell Nomeland

immense depend are not very obsorbent . have to use a bed pad cuz you do tend to leak with these. bought a large bag now we have to use it. then look for something else that's more efficient personally I did not care for them

Been using for three years. They changed the design. More like real underwear, but put wings at top and less absorbing. Wings can be irritating and thinner pad.
I will switch brands .

Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men, Disposable, Maximum, Grey, L centered front view of a single grey pull-up with discreet form-fitting silhouette, soft smooth fabric and high-performance waistband; features super-absorbent core, moisture-wicking liner and odour control; size L fits 35–43" waist; suitable as discreet backup for long travel.
