I was sick and tired of going out and have Extremely Loose Bowels just pouring out of me without me even noticing until after the accidents happend's. So I finally relized that I do have a problem that can not prevent from happening, that's why I also carry a few with me whenever I go out. I've tried the version that "The Great Canadian Superstore", "Your Independant Grocers", and any Grocery Stores that " LOBLAWS " Owns. I would give there version ( Average for Discreet Fit ). I feel more secure knowing that I don't need to WORRY about any major messes anymore. It's no fun at all having "Irretable Bowel Syndrome" also known as "I.B.S." . Because of age and diabetes. I have often found myself in an awkward situation while away from home. I tried the Depend Underwear for Men today for the first while going about my shopping around town. I was truly impressed at how well they function. Using the L/XL size, I found them comfortable. I put them to the MAX test and was not disappointed. Both liquid and solid waste was held in place away from me as much as possible. When I went to change I found I was not soiled. Somewhat of a pleasant surprise. Modern technology !

I am truly impressed

The product is great! It keeps you dry and comfortable and holds quite a bit. I recently had my prostate removed and will need to wear absorbent underwear for a while. My only problem is I'm a size 38 and the S/M was a little too tight and the L/XL is a little big (no leaks either way). It would help if there was a M/L size.

Size matters

Depend Underwear Maximum L/XL

While these are the most comfortable I have worn, there is a problem with the adhesive used in assembly. The adhesive is not exactly where it should be! After you have had them on for a short time, they stick to your butt cheeks. When you pull them down, it almost feels like you are taking skin with them. I still plan on wearing them but they would be more comfortable if you move the glue line a little. Other than that, I like them!

In order to use these I needed to cut off the elastic sides to use them. They are very awkward to use this way, but worth it when the issues arise.

A third or even fourth size is needed to cover the larger population.

L/XL do not fit 2/3X sizes or above

They fit good cannot absorb a full bladder dump only pre  urine leaks or slow to mild leakers, for larger leaks or accidents need a pad stuck to inside for protection

Depends

As I walk and do daily activities the underwear tend to slip down. This is very uncomfortable as I walk. Hopefully you could design a better waist band in the future. As for the overall review of your men's underwear, they are very absorbent and that is why I would recommend them. I have tried other brands and they are not as absorbent.

Slippage

I have urinary incontinence and Depends does what it is supposed to do. I would like one size bigger. A XXL or even a XXXL. The size XL size tends to slide down my rear when I move around or walk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i tested this item for home testers Club.  From the start i hated the asthetic used for the design. They need to make them appear like boxer briefs. As far as its purpose of absorption it was perfect.
