I've been trying a lot of herbal mouthwashes; my mouth is healing slowly after fighting periodontal disease for 25 years. I've learned that herbal mouthwashes are much better for your mouth if it has two essential ingredients: an anti-bacterial agent such as tea tree oil, and a soothing, healing agent such as Aloe Vera which is renown as a healing herb.  Desert Essence has both agents, and furthermore, it is a clear liquid which enables frequent use without staining your teeth.  It doesn't take much of this mouth wash to change the condition of your mouth; only ½ capful (the Desert Essence bottle cap is very small) will do the trick. And I rinse at least  3 times daily.  Love this stuff!

Bought this mouthwash and was worried about what it might taste like, but it tastes much better than alcohol-based mouthwash and leaves my mouth feeling just as clean. I will buy more and recommend this to my friends.

I switched over to this mouthwash about a year ago and absolutely love it. I love all things natural (Tea Tree Oil in general) and this is a very refreshing mouthwash, that I would highly recommend!

Natural, Refreshing Mouthwash

I bought this tea tree mouth wash like 3 week ago it is a great product my family love it your mouth real refresh after every use

Buy it! After trying the pharmaceutical gum restore/whitening toothpaste and mouthwashes - which none worked and in fact, made my gums more sore. I found this! My Teeth are white, most of the stains are gone and using the Desert Essence toothpaste as well. I am a customer for life. Please don't stop making this wonderful  product. The taste isn't too bad, it's all natural. Love it! Thank you for such a great product that DOES what it says it will do.

Tea tree mouthwash

This mouthwash is amazing! 
It has a great taste, and doesn't burn like fire, like most mouth washes. 
I asked my dentist about it, and he said that he has heard good things about tea tree oil for oral health.
It is also very affordable, like most of the products you offer.

This is a must have for my family! My husband has a lot of problems with tees and this product helps him keep them healthy as much as possible. I would recommend this mouthwash for every one just for daily routine !

I was hesitant to buy this because of the tea tree oil, I'm not a big fan of tea tree oil but I know there are many benefits to it, but compared to other crazy chemicals in other mouthwash I figured this would be worth the try. When I opened the bottle I could immediately smell the refreshing spearmint so I was less intimidated to try it. I'm still adjusting to the taste, which is very odd, but not unbearable. I actually enjoy the after taste more than when I'm rinsing with the mouthwash. Overall my mouth feels very clean after and will continue to use this or maybe try other flavors if any are available.

Good results, not so great taste

I very rarely give negative reviews, but here goes. The taste is terrible. I have bought the Jason Tea Tree/Cinnamon and I loved it. Then I went to reorder and it was out of stock so I ordered this one, Desert Essence. I bought two bottles not thinking I wold not like it. It has a very bitter taste...nothing like the Jason. Live and learn. I hate wasting money, But I can not use it. I see other customers loved it. I would say buy just one bottle, to do a taste test!! I was glad to see Jason brand in stock!!
