[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the design of the swag lamp. The lamp came partially assembled for plug in which is what I wanted.  But there was a factory defect. The top portions for attaching to the ceiling would not screw together so I could not hook it up to swag hook.
Also, the box it came in was a thin cardboard, beat up and torn. The packing foam was a nightmare to clean up, breaking up into tiny beads.
The chain was also difficult to straighten.
