It took about 20 mins mainly because I moved the shelves and adjusted them a few times. This thing is sturdy and fit perfectly in my little pantry to help me organize all my paper products, laundry soaps and cookware I would normally store in the bottom of the pantry. If you're searching for a new shelf to organize your house stop now and just buy this. You'll be glad you did!
