You put your loose leaf tea into it into your cup for 2 to 3 minutes pull out the ball and there is no loose leaf tea or any other loose leaf in your cup everything stays and fused in the ball and then it is easy to dispose

It's very compact, the mesh it's smal enough to not let any flowers or leafs thorough. I even started puring the contents from tea bags into the difuser because it makes beyter tea. I reccomend it specially if you like to make your own teas.

The mesh was perfect to create teas. I was so amazed on how easy it is to open to place the herbal products. Also, it is very easy to wash. It is a breeze to clean and is quite durable. I like the chain aspect of it too so it's not just floating around. It seems well made all around.

Yum Tea

I would say you need to watch for rusting (simple solution is to wash/ scrub with an anti rust cleaning agent like the Bar Keeper's Friend, along with dish soap). Also, don't jam pack it on both sides because you won't get the most out of your tea (water may not reach the center as well). I use it regularly and love it!

This product is rather flimsy for the cost. I have to be extremely careful when using it, because I am afraid it will fall apart. I saw this same mesh ball product for $2.99 on the Bed Bath and Beyond site after I had purchased this one. I will not order this mesh ball through Walmart again, I will check out the one at Bed Bath and Beyond.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not the greatest infuser.  There is a tiny gap around the rim when it is closed.  I don't know if it is just a factory defect.  So instead of using the infuser for my tea, I did put some potpourri in it and hung it in my walk in closet.
