[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Fannie the Sitting Fairy! And so do my neighbors! She sits next to a large fairy house on a short wall that outlines my garden. She is just large enough to grab attention, her expression is serene. She appears to be well made with lots of attention to detail, wings are sturdy and made of metal. I will however bring her indoors during harsh east coast winters. She took awhile to arrive but was so worth it. I have purchased several other items from Toscanini to add to my fairy garden.

I will be thrilled to have bigger pieces in my fairy garden that can be admired from the street, this is a beautiful fairy and very classy and well made. I am buying more later as I want the larger items to show.

I saw the Fannie statue in a catalog and said it looked like someone, whose name is Franny.  So I though about the statue wondering if I should purchase it.  So I bought it to give it to her on Christmas Day.

I Love My Fannie

Fannie, the Fairy is a very nice figurine. She is made well and looks lovely sitting in the bench I placed her on. She is bigger than I expected but I am very glad that I made this purchase. I would order again.

Beautiful!

Had to wait till it got back in stock, am so glad I waited  well worth the money. I liked the fact that its made with ceramic, medal and fabric, she has a very sweet face, sits well on the edge of a surface without falling off.

I purchased Fannie to sit on a beautiful stone bench I have outside.. but when she arrived she landed on a small knee wall in my foyer and just fit.. so there she sits and makes me smile every time I walk by.

Excellent detailing

The quality is very nice and it is meant to be an outdoor statue but is so lightweight that I am afraid it will topple over.  I plan to use it anyway in an indoor spot.  The details are very good.  She is very sweet.  Will be gifting it for Christmas.

CUTE AS CAN BE

Very disappointing product from Toscano. First, she was packaged very well but when I open the Styrofoam she had some kind of yellow oily stuff on her back and head. While cleaning it off I noticed how badly the paint job was. Horrible. She had scrapes of paint missing on the head, the roses were not fully painted and the beige color of the skin was on top side of the boots, on the top edge of the dress and about 1/4" from the left arm into the hair. Unbelievable. She was so adorable though I couldn't send her back. She was actually purchased as a secret santa gift. So, I got my paints out and repainted everything except the skin. Her dress was a really drab gray color, so I painted that a pretty lilac color as well as her boots. Her skirt is material, very sloppily cut so I trimmed that up nice. I also added a touch of glitter to the bird and the waistline on the dress. She ended up absolutely beautiful!! So if you don't mind repainting I would definitely recommend because she's so cute. I have attached before and after pictures. Note to Toscano...I don't know what kind of process is used to paint this item but you really need to look into it. I have purchased other products from you in the past but they were all a solid white so no problems there.
