The footstool is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It fits very well with my decor. It was packaged very well and the footstool has a good weight to it. Excellent purchase for the money!

Wonderful Footstool

Design Toscano

Perfect addition to my elephant collection. Ornate, well designed, and the detail and carvings exceeded my expectations. The color and texture were well designed. Height is perfect for use as a footstool.

Elephant Footstool

It had been back ordered but the wait was well worth the time. I didn't want a big ottoman but something unique and functional. It is exactly what I wanted for a two chair conversation area in our living room. The detail is exquisite and the construction is flawless. I worried about it being too small but it is not. Love it!

The cat's meow!

An unusual footstool to be sure, quite eye-catching and different. Wonderful for a tropical, exotic, British Colonial, etc. type room. Yes the cushion is quite small, only 9" square, so I don't use it for that purpose. Instead, I'm using it as a plant stand for a 3' palm, and it looks marvelous as such. I feel it's a great value for the price and am quite happy with it!

Delightfully different

OMG this looks like I am a Persian queen ! I will need to age the paint though

For the Queen's resting foot

walmart.com

Perfect. In size, detail, and design. This is a great buy.

It's perfect.

These LITTLE STOOLS ARE VERY WELL MADE. HOWEVER, I PURCHASED TWO AND THE FINISH DIFFERS QUITE A BIT! I have them on each side of my high sleigh bed, it bothered me at first. However rather than try to get a pair that matched I decided not to exchange them. They definitely serve my purpose!

BE PREPARED if you Buy Two. . .

This is an absolutely lovely foot-stool. It evokes a feeling of mother India during the Raj. It is solid and heavy, and the Picard fabric looks and feels authentic. I would suggest two small improvements: I would increase the dimensions by 50%, and the tassels circumscribing the stool should be real fabric, and not resin.

Exquisite Foot-stool

The look of this stool is beautiful. I love the elephants. The resin around the soft pillow hurts the feet. The material must cover more of the square base. I keep hurting myself over the heads and trunks if the elephants. This stool is literally too painful.

The resin hurts the feet

The design of the Maharajah Elephant Sculptural Upholstered Footstool is classic. It would be an excellent product if the upholstered portion was not of low quality. The upholstered cushion is below the quality that this design deserves. It is a simple foam square with a fabric wrap. I plan to go to a professional upholsterer and have something custom made that would truly represent the design and style of the stool.
Do I recommend it to others? Yes, even if it has a substandard cushion.
The rating posted is because of the poor quality cushion..

Nice design, weak cushion
