Our first bridge had large chunks of paint falling off of it within a couple of months so we notified Walmart and the company sent us another one and advised us to spray it down with a clear gloss enamel. We sprayed it well. No paint peeling after one year, however, large pieces of the bridge are falling off. It's made of plaster and I think perhaps it doesn't handle the hot sun very well as I see many cracks forming all over the bridge. I give one point for the attractiveness before falling apart and one point for customer service.
