This is a lovely item to have displayed...sensual and artistic, reminiscent of the Art Nouveau style of 1890-1910. The artist has fashioned the "snakes" in a such a way that they actually appear as "hair" from a distance...very cleverly done.

Decor is a matter of personal taste, needless to say. Personally, I'm well pleased with the purchase.

This statuette is among one of the most well crafted and detailed that I've had the pleasure to own. The body is well proportioned and exceptionally attractive. And the face is equally comely. An absolute  perfect picture of loveliness. My sincerest compliments to those who designed this gorgeous figure.

I have always been enchanted with the legend of Medusa and this sculpture shows the "enchantress" beautifully,  She has a pose and a fair about her that draws you in. Only be careful or she will draw you in too far ...

The statue is exactly as pictured and was packaged so no damage would happen during shipping. I am very happy with my purchase. Design Toscano comes through again and I will continue to buy from them.

Great detail and very sultry. There are many myths one is that Medusa was a beautiful maiden who was a priestess of Athens, and sworn to a oath of celibacy, she and Poseidon fell in love. The goddess Athena was furious and turned her golden hair into snakes, her eyes turned bloodshot, and her skin turned ugly green!

Beautiful little sculpture.  Using as a conversation piece next to mythology books on a bookshelf.  Soft alabaster hue, hair/snakes painted metallic gold.

A reminder of temptation and why to keep it at bay. This statue sits on my bookcase in my office to serve as a reminder that beauty is often a cover for the true self, that lies beneath, and whal lies beneath isnt always pretty

Love her

I have been a fan of Vallejo for years and now I can say I own something designed by him. This piece is so lovely and is small enough to sit on a shelf, on a desk, or anywhere really. Vallejo has the amazing ability to capture the beauty of the human body and this sculpture is no less enchanting than any of his other artwork.

the finish is slightly...synthetic feeling, but I think a very minor finish application will make it have a very classic, old kind of feel, if that makes sense.  The sculpture itself is absolutely beautiful, incredibly realistic and sensuous. It will be the perfect addition to my decor.  Absolutely love it

The painting of the snakes was a little sloppy. The overall design is great but the deals in the statue could have been completed a little better
