I needed a picture frame 13×18"inches and this one was outside 16-24" and had a border inside so it would take smaller or larger,good buy.

Very good

The frame was good with a white border around it. Which made the 8x10 photo look  a bit bigger for the purpose we needed.

Good value for money

I'm so happy with my 13”x13” picture frame, it's exactly what I wanted.  This size is very difficult to find so I was very pleased Walmart was selling them online.

PERFECT

When I saw the word "clearance " on this product  I hesitated. But when I actually get the order I was really happy that this is a good buy! Solid, gallery art looking. Quite satisfied with this choice.

Only problem with this frame is that it doesnt have any clips on one side, which causes the backing to stick out. I used paper clips to hold it down.

Good overall but...

These frames arrived with almost no packing.  So of course the glass in two of the frames was broken.  They were placed in a large box with just a thin plastic foam.  The probably broke before they left Walmart.  The only way to purchase these would be from a local store.

Poor packing - frame glass broken

I didn't have much luck on this purchase.  The first shipment was sent to a wrong address in a different city.  I have to get a refund and reorder the same merchandise but I picked them up in a near Walmart.  Immediately after I opened the box, I found it was poorly packed.  One out of the five pictures frames broke.  I called Walmart but the said I have to return the whole thing.  The whole order lasted a week as opposed to the next day delivery as promised.

Somewhat Disappointed

The frames are the perfect size for what I need but 5 of the 8 had splits in the wood. I don't know if it's from shipping or the frames were damaged before shipping.

Damaged product

This frame is listed incorrectly, the outer measurement is 14 x 18 but it is matted to 10 x 13, which is disappointing as I needed an 11 x 14.
