I only buy this brand and type of diaper cream for my kids. I have three boys and have used this on all of them when they were babies. This cream will clear up any red diaper rash within a day or two. I used another brand on my 1.5 year old and it was suppose to be a clean brand but he cried like it was burning when I put it on so I went back to Desitin cream and no complaints from him! It is a thick cream and you will need to wash your finger after applying unless you have a butt paste applier but I don't mind.

Best rash cream. Nothing was working for my baby she is 5 months old and had extreme diarrhea from antibiotics and a huge bloody bum rash because of it. Desitin made it better overnight. We also used stomach powder to dry up the area and put desitin ontop and in 2 days its clear!

Absolutely the best for bleeding rash

Best diaper cream on the market. I've tried so many others, and it was the only one that would help with a moderate diaper rash. The tube lasts for quite some time as well, but that just depends on how often your child gets diaper rash. Can also be used on adults as well.

as a mom of 10 this is the best diaper cream out there. zink is what sets this apart.   with 40% zink it will zap a diaper rash away overnight. I've used this for years and tried dozens of diaper creams on the market. Nothing comes close to this especially for a sick baby bottom rash. for extra I will put this on first and something like aquifer over it to help water proof it even more for those acidic diarrhea days.

This stuff actually works wonders! My little one only started getting diaper rashes once he turned 6 months-ish and this has helped heal them quickly every single time!

Truly an essential for babies!

This stuff really works. It is thick and smooth. My granddaughter came home with a terrible rash. We cleaned and dried her, then put on this cream. She started looking better by the next diaper change. When used with only a red bottom, she is all better by the next diaper change. And when used without a rash. she doesn't get one.

My grandson has very sensitive skin, and this is the best thing I've found to use for his diaper area! It clears his diaper rash and bumps up in a day of use or less! It is definitely worth the money! I would absolutely tell someone to use this product! It's a 10 out of 10 for sure!

10/10‼️ Healed my baby’s butt rash QUICK! I have to be honest, quicker than the original blue one. He always calmed down, once I applied the cream on. It soothed his redness %26 prevented more friction because of how thick the cream is (I personally love!).  I fell in love with the squeeze bottle, I also bought the jar in Maximum Strength!

👎🏽CONS: 
- Leaves white cast on pretty much EVERYTHING (if you have a baby that moves around a lot while changing), BUT gets the HEALING process DONE!! (Pro %26 Con honestly) if white cast is an issue, the Original always works, but I’ve definitely fallen to love the Maximum Strength.

unimpressed! does not do the job. goes on thick and slimy and does not help with the problem.  Using on adult Diaper rash,and had to take patient to care clinic,because the problem was not going away with this product

This product came in a sealed exterior box, with the  tube crimped, and no interior safety seal. Reviews from other sites state their should be a safety seal. This is the first time one was received without it, and since it is a personal care product, this is a safety concern. This stains everything it comes into contact with, and doesn't come off easily, if at all. Also smells fishy. If they could make the same formula with 40% maximum-level zinc oxide, in clear, with an interior safety seal, it would be great.
