[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dial Spring Water Body Wash, Refresh %26 Renew has become an absolute staple in our home, especially for my husband—he genuinely loves this product and now refuses to use anything else. From the very first use, it delivers a clean, refreshing feeling that lasts long after the shower is over. The scent is crisp and revitalizing without being overpowering, which makes it perfect for everyday use. It leaves him feeling fresh, confident, and ready to take on the day.  One of the things we appreciate most is how gentle it is on the skin. Despite being effective at removing sweat, dirt, and buildup, it doesn't dry out the skin or leave that tight, uncomfortable feeling that some body washes can cause. Instead, it leaves the skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated. This is especially important now, as comfort and skin care are a priority during his recovery period. The 32 fl oz bottle is also a great value. It lasts a long time, even with daily use, and the packaging is durable.

You can't go wrong with classic Dial body washes and soaps. It can be drying to your skin after several washes but if you moisturize after showering you won't have dry, ashy skin. I trust Dial products but they are harsher. I usually use Dove but in the Summer I use Dial if I've been sweaty.

Love love love Dial products as it is my %231 however I have had problems untwisting the pump and getting it to open up and for it to start working like a pump.  So Dial really needs to work on the pump and making it so it can start and open up easier because it's frustrating, it's happened serveral times and when it doesn't work i either have to open the whole top and pour a little of the contents out or put everything in a different bottle one time and done.  And that's just annoying.  Also Please please please make a cherry blossom or maybe pomegranate scent? I would LOVEEEEEEEEE a cherry scent omg and maybe a cranberry scent for the holidays? It would be really nice.  Thank you!

Work on the Pump Please

The scent is clean and fresh.I only buy this Dial scent because it doesn't overpower other perfumes I wear.I like the fact that Men or women can use it so when I have guests I don't worry about the scent being to flowery or muskie.It really does smell like fresh water.

I love the scent of a lot of the dial products I've bought. Body wash, hand soap, bar soaps. Suds up very well too. It doesn't feel silky smooth like some of the more expensive body washes though. I would say it feels average on the hands. But all in all, it's a good brand of soap.

Great variety of scents

Dial's Spring Water Refreshing Body Wash is a great everyday shower product for normal skin. It's gentle and not drying and the scent isn't too harsh. It also works well as hand soap if you run out.

I shower nightly and always use this body wash. It's so great. It doesn't dry my skin out and it's such a good value for a big bottle which has 32 fluid ounces.. I purchased this all the time and use it every day and at Walmart it's the cheapest!

Love this body wash!!

A co-worker was using this on the residents at the nursing home and it smelled so good I had to get some and try it. That was a couple months and 2 orders of it ago, needless to say I love it

I have extremely sensitive skin.     I used to use Zest bar soap.     I can no longer use zest,  it makes my skin break out and I look like I have hives.   I have tried dove with lotion I have tried everything.     I seem to only be able to use Dial Body Renew and Refresh.      I don't break out.    I am not able to take a tub bath only a shower.     No hot tubs because of the chemicals, no lake water,   no pond water no swimming pool nothing.

I love the scent of this Dial body wash—clean and fresh. Best of all, it doesn't irritate my skin, which is saying a lot because my skin is usually offended by… everything.
It's also a great value for our family, which matters when you've got multiple people using it daily. A little goes a long way and it actually leaves you feeling clean, not stripped.
My only gripe is the pump. More often than not, it refuses to untwist and open, so we end up pouring it into our hands instead. This becomes especially problematic when my son insists on being  independent and proceeds to pour what feels like half the bottle in a slippery shower. Lesson learned—still love the product, just wish the pump would cooperate.

Can we get a different pump please?

I do not care for it. The bottle is a weird shape. You have a hard time hanging onto it.  The body wash is hard to get out is clumpy. It does not flow out easy. And I bought the one that had a sent, you could not smell it. Very disappointed Dale usually does a better job than this.
