Lid Closure

I love this diaper pail. It holds in scents completely when closed, and better than others when opened.

Works great! No stink!

walmart.com

Very sleek design and love that it’s stainless steel. I will say sometimes it’s a tad hard to push the diapers down and put the new bag on but that’s the only con. But the fact that you do not smell anything from this makes up for it! Do not skimp and buy the smaller version, but the regular size and thank me later.

A must!!

I wish I upgraded sooner! The stainless platinum pail contains smell so much better, coming with a Filter Bag for the lid. It was different to go from the rings to the refill boxes but I have no complaints. The opening is wider and I feel the entire pail is just bigger. Very happy with my purchase!

Love the Stainless Platinum Pail!

Diaper Genie

I absolutely love the Diaper Genie Platinum! As a new parent, managing diaper odor was something I was really worried about, but this product has made it so easy. The design looks sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly in our nursery without taking up too much space.

The odor control is amazing—once the diaper goes in, you can’t smell anything at all. The soft-closing lid is also a great feature because it keeps things quiet, especially during nighttime diaper changes when the baby is sleeping.

Another thing I appreciate is how easy it is to empty and replace the refill bags. It saves time and keeps everything hygienic. The wide opening makes diaper disposal quick and mess-free.

Overall, this has been a must-have for our diaper station. It keeps the room fresh, is simple to use, and feels very sturdy and high quality. I would definitely recommend the Diaper Genie Platinum to any new parents! ??

Awesome build and quality , useful

I Purchased the Platinum Diaper Genie and my intension is to use this Genie for dog pee pads. We have an indoor dog and prefer not to smell urine in our regular garbage pail. I just unpacked it, hopefully it will work for dogs as well as humans.

Diaper Genie for Dog Pee Pads

Super smooth soft feels metal coating material. Should be easier to keep it clean and doesnt absorp smells like the plastic version. I am excited to use this for our second baby!

Design and quietness

I got this for our house for my daughter twins diapers when they come and visited. I love it as you don't have to put the diapers in regular garbage.

Fits right in extra space as it is slim. Holds lot more diapers than anticipated. Really easy diaper management system.

Smell proof, compact and smart solution

As soon as I opened the product from package it had a dent in the side of it. It was wrapped in bubble wrap so if it dents even with bubble wrap, I can only assume it is very fragile/ will dent easy in the future. It was purchased as a registry gift so I don’t have receipt, so upset!

Came with a dent

Bought the genie platinum to hopefully help with the odor. Even after just taking it out of the box and only having two diapers in the pail you can still smell them. Love the fact that I don’t have to keep the bags separate like the last pale I had using regular trash bags.

Genie platinum just ok

I’ve been using this diaper pail for several months. I cannot begin to tell you how horrible changing the bags are. They are designed to not be overfilled, people who enjoy this product change the bag every day or every other day. My husband and I, having two spaces to change our baby in, do not empty it everyday. Once there’s more than a handful of diapers, the bag expands at the bottom. The design of the lid does not allow you to pull the full bag through the top. Like I guess I should be peering in every day to ensure there’s only a few in there?? We’re very confused by how positive the ratings are and then I realized all these positive reviews were by people who were offered a free product.

Why would you seal the lid at the top?? We’d be able to get the bag out if you did not, but then you could use other non-proprietary bags.

Takes all your money with poor design/ proprietary
