I am a woman size 4 who needed a work shirt that is similar to the coveralls I buy in Women's size small, so I went for this shirt.  It has the same fabric which I LOVE, but unfortunately I can't make a men's size small work because the shoulders look hugs on me and is not flattering at all. I wish they made this shirt in women's sizes!  Women need work shirts too, so not sure why Dickies doesn't cater to our needs in that department.

Love the shirt. It's comfy and it looks good. I ordered the tall size and I would do it again if I plan on tucking it in. If not then I would order a regular length. For reference I'm 6'1”.

I'm very disappointed that you do not offer the work shirt in 4XL in more Colors. I really wanted a shirt in forest green.

Work Shirt - Long Sleeve

We've been buying this as our standard work shirt
for our crew. It is one of the most durable and the
dark gray is a good color since it doesn't show the
daily dirt and grease too much. The flap over the pocket
keeps debris out of it. Will continue to purchase.

I'm a 6'8" tall 350 pound contractor. I had a few of these shirts in short sleeve and was looking for more colors. The shirt is perfect in every way other than the sleeves are too short for the shirt (even for someone not nearly as tall as me.) But that didn't matter to me because I have them tailored to short sleeve anyhow. The shirt is 36 inches long and square bottomed, perfect length to make sure if it's tucked in it won't have any corners pop out because it's to short somewhere. And it's nice enough that I can wear it untucked and unbuttoned with a t-shirt underneath and it works for a night out with the wifey, etc. If your a tall and big guy looking for a high quality work shirt find and buy as many colors of this shirt as you can, I'm up to seven different ones now and looking for more.

I buy these shirts for my husband for work and he says they are very comfortable. There is a lot of room to move his arms. I get him the Talls for the length of shirt and also because he has HUGE hands and forearms and needs the extra length and width that the tall shirts give. These shirts wash up beautifully and I do them on Heavy Duty due to the grease and grime he gets on them at work. Come out of dryer wrinkle free.

Fabulous work shirt

Very good-refreshing 2XLT is accurate.. I ordered big because sizes rarely are. I should have XLT.. and we washed before I found out.  A very good shirt, but I will donate to bless someone else!

Accurate sizes to fit

I bought the shirt for my employees and I to wear on the job site. I was going to get my logo put on them. But the sleeves is to short for myself I even bought a larger size to make sure they would be fine. The shirts are not made for a 6 foot guy maybe kids

Dickies work shirts

I ordered three shirts. Before wearing them I ran them through the laundry with my other clothes. One of the three shirts came apart at the seam in the back by the shoulder. I sewed the 4-5 inch gap up myself, but it should not have fallen apart like this. Note these are definitely "work" clothes (assuming they do not disintegrate), so they look like something a delivery man would wear, like part of a uniform.

Did Not Met Expectations

It was time to replace my husband's 10 year old Dickies work clothes. Bought the exact same style. Why wouldn't you, they lasted 10 years. These are not going to last ten years. They were a much thinner weight fabric than the old shirts. We are a couple of months in and the collars are all pilled already. And its not the end of the world but the colors don't match the pants. Disappointing. Have been buying Dickies for many many years, this is the first time the quality just wasn't what I had expected.

I constantly purchase the short sleeve work shirts & use them for both work & leisure. True fit, durable & comfortable. So I thought I'd give the long sleeves a try. Not happy at all. Fits great if ALL you do is stand straight. I'm a Big Man standing at 6'7" 350lbs so I purchased them the same size as the short sleeves with an added LT for the sleeves, so 4XLT. Cannot lift my arms more then 1/4 of the way up without shoulders & cuffs tensing up. No slack or flexibility on the shoulders or upper back when moving your arms. Can't even scratch my nose.
