Ease Of Use

This product works as intended. It saves $$$. Some of my cds had deep scratches and I thought couldn't be repaired, but with a few applications my cds played again. I have not tried this device with my DVDs. I image it would produce the same outcome. Read the directions carefully, some of my cds needed another go because of deep scratches. I would buy again without hesitation. This device includes a repair solution that seems to stretch.. I've already repaired 10 cds and haven't used much of it. Very happy with the outcome.

Great product that actually repairs scratches cds

Use to have the manual crank model and had it for 10 years until it failed. The new motorized unit works great, have used it a total of 3 times thus far and it works great. Hope it will last for at least 10 years like my last unit. Does a great job and takes less than a minute to complete the two cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought it but the first three cd's it worked fine. I agree with another review, it is better to get the cord and run it instead of batteries!

So far it is good

would like to buy the cord for this until then its just collecting dust so help me with that and then we see about actually using the product why even sell it without the cord other then to stick to your clients

needs a cord

Garbage!  Don't buy this.  It's nothing like the original one.  Even bought the power cord,  wouldn't advance the disk on its own.  Didn't fix any of the disks I tried it with.

Steer Clear

Used it to try and fix Daytona 500 where Earnhardt breaks his losing streak. Scratched and broke the disc, then broke apart afterwards. Would not recommend.

Not worth

I used the skip doctor one time and then it broke and along with that it broke my DVD so I gotta buy another one of these cleaners and then spend 20 more dollars on the on the DVD it broke. I'm sorry it didn't work out.

Skip

It didn't function. Would not rotate the disc or spin with first time use. Followed directions. Going to game stop and they will take your disc and clean it/repair for a dollar.

I had a favorite cd with minor scratches, it still played but I hoped to re-NEW it. HA it skips and is worse than ever - I'm sad- if I find the receipt I will be returning the little machine

high hopes--let down
