If you are looking for a safe, comfortable and reliable seat to fit three in a row...this is your seat! I have a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek which is a smaller crossover. 

The reviews online say you cannot.fit three car seats in this vehicle but with this slim fitting car seat you can. In any formation. I have two forward facing, one middle rear facing. Be sure to read both your vehicle and car seat instructions carefully for proper installation.  

Be sure not to use the latch system with children over 35 lbs.

They can be rear facing up to 50 lbs in this car seat. 

The seat can also transition to a booster for a child weighing 150 lbs. Using the shoulder belt of the car.

This car seat is the sturdiest, most well fitting car seat I have ever installed.

If you can't find the instruction manual... there is a secret pocket tucked into the liner of the cover. Feel around inside the back of the headrest.

Diono convertible car seats are expensive but it has the best impact protection on the market. It also is easy to assemble though heavy it can easily fit 3 across in the back seat if I had more kids.  Highly recommend Diono and use it from birth if I could rewrite my daughter car seat history.

Great convertible car seat!

fits three to a row in my tiny kia soul! comfy, lean, cute, stain resistant. My one complaint is that there the strap covers don't go up high enough to protect the child's neck from chafing against the seat belt.

Great quality. Love the slim design for my Wrangler. Will eventually have three of these in the backseat. Just wish it was a little shorter to help with front seat leg room. It is TIGHT with rear facing. Bought the angle to wedge it a bit and create a little more space.

This car seat is unsafe as it is impossible to fully tighen when in rear facing mode.  After several hours and multiple calls with Diono they failed to provide any relevant information for anything I may be doing wrong.  I am not sure how this product is allowed to be sold.  You can expect a lot of movement from both the latch system as well as trying the seatbelt method when installing in rear facing mode.
