It isn't as strong a scent as I am use to. The scent was week for the price. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN IT! HOW?

I want to return it

The candles are counterfeit. I've owned enough Diptique candles over the years to know the difference. The packaging it off. The pour of the candle is also off. For instance, there is remnant wax on the sides of the glass holder. Glad I had a back up gifts (I purchased three of them to gift)--would have been embarrassing. Should have known better since I paid about 30% of the actual cost of the candle. Was hoping someone wanted to offload them and I would be the beneficiary.

Counterfeit Diptique Candles

I truly believe this item was a fake. It doesn't smell plus it look old to me. Also, it took a long time to deliver. Things don't add up.
