My old Dirt Devil stopped working suddenly on a weekend, so I ordered a new model online. Just before I was preparing to throw the old one in the trash, for some reason I decided to plug it in and try it one more time. Of course it worked perfectly. Because of the weekend & the COVID virus, I had to wait another day before I could contact the company regarding cancellation of my order. I was prepared for them to tell me that it was too late to cancel, but they cancelled it right away, no questions asked. Great product. Great Company.

I really love this machine, We couldn't believe the dirt our old unit left on the carpet. My only complaint is when we tried to register it with the company they said I have to have a physical receipt . I bought it from your company online, you should have a record of my purchase.

Gets the job done

I was very happy when trying this out the first time how much it had picked up that my previous vacuum left behind. I'm very happy with my purchase and feel that this was definitely worth what I paid.

Very Good Suction

Does as advertised. Strong suction, lightweight. Feels a bit plastic-y so I'm curious about its longevity but Ive owned several DirtDevil products and they've always held up for years.Great at sucking up embedded cat hair!

Perfect for multiple cats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not bad but not really good either. My really really old dirt devil had a lot more suction but it was a bag type. It finally just fell apart. I loved that machine and have never found a good replacement.these new bagless machines just don't have the suction that the old machines had. I really think it has a lot to do with the filters? I'll live with it.

I loved this vacuum so much when I first received it. It worked wonderfully for a little while and then the hoses started to clog up and it wasnt working. I have thoroughly cleaned and dried the filters, cut any obstructions from the brush(hair,etc), tried different outlets, etc. It doesn't even turn on. Wr can't afford to replace it right now and I have 3 children and a cat. A vacuum cleaner is a necessity. Not sure how long we have had it but it has DEFINITELY been less than a year. :(

Loved it...but now...

I used to love this vaccum but I've had it less than a year and it has stopped suctioning. Nothing gets picked up anymore. I've checked for clogs and dirty filters but nothing has fixed this issue...very disappointed
