I was previously using the circle container concealer also by Jane Iredale, but for acne spots, this one is far superior. I apply with a small brush, which helps even out the coverage over my acne. This concealer has also worked wonders in just a day on my acne. It truly works! So not only does it help hide you acne, it treats them too (but gently, I don't come home at the end of the day to crusty acne spots, they seem smaller, less inflamed, or have come to a head).

I normally use Mineral Fusion if I need concealer, but wanted to try something new. This concealer is just ok. My main complaints are that it's very thin and because it just squeezes out of a tube, it is easy to get too much out with no way of getting it back in.

Nothing special

I have been using this product for 11 years and I am disappointed that with the addition of the new applicator(make no mistake, it needed a newly designed applicator) there seems to be.3 less product for the same price.

I was very excited about trying this product, but when I use it under my eyes it doesn't seem to soak into my skin effectively. It will separate on my skin and isn't smooth.

This product goes on smooth and the color is a perfect match, but it does a very poor job of covering any redness. I have redness on my chin and under my nose and I have to use a ton of product to make any difference at all. This product just doesn't cut it for those of us who need a bit more coverage. Love my other Jane products, but this one isn't for me.

I had high hopes that this may be the concealer I've been searching for. When I read the description that this would cover tattoos and acne scars, I hoped this would cover my redness and broken capillaries. Unfortunately this was not the case so my search for a better concealer continues.  The texture is nice and easy to work with, just not enough to cover my problem areas.

I've been using the Disappear concealer for a couple of years, and with the most recent one I ordered, the product has changed.  It is no longer full coverage.  This is very disappointing.  Now I will have to search for a new full coverage concealer.  I see that the ingredients (it used to contain green tea extract but now contains willow bark extract) and manufacturer have changed.  Please go back to the old formulation!  I see that I'm not the only reviewer who thinks so.

No longer full coverage!

To preface, I have written about 4 reviews for online purchases-and I shop almost exclusively online. That should tell you how much I care to share my experience with this product. For approximately 4 years I used the disappear concealer with green tea extract and LOVED it. I am 28 years old and expend an awful lot of effort to take care of the pesky breakouts I consistently seem to host on my face (I say breakouts but it's more like acne and totally embarassing). If you're like me, the skin on your face and how broken out it is on a given day can reflect confidence level for that day (in my line of work, confidence and appearance is key)-I was so happy to find that the green tea extract concealer worked so effectively. The new formula is just NOT THE SAME and I am completely disappointed.

I've used this years ago in Cosmetology school and was amazed at what it could do. Literally cover up scars and blemishes but not sure what's different about it now because it doesn't work as well as it used to. Kind of disappointed to be honest.

Honestly, I was super disappointed in this product. I was hoping to use it to help cover hyperpigmentation and active acne. However, it provides almost no coverage and does not blend well at all. I've given it many tries, but always end up using my old concealer to do the job.
