My son is very happy with his costume, I really liked the quality of the fabric even though the mask has wide eyes for my 10 year old son. but above all it is beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love Minecraft- so they are thrilled with this Minecraft creeper character costume! The costume is pretty true to size fit, with a Velcro tab in the back for closure. The mask is made of a pretty thick plastic, that has a black mesh material over the eye holes, so the child can still see out of the costume, and have their eyes hidden. One down side is the mask fit a little too big for my kids head- I just need to tape in an extra strap for her to have it fit better. The quality of the fabric part of the costume is excellent, no complaints. The costume is pretty accurate for the character of the game, so my child and her friends loved it. We also appreciated that the costume was nice and big so that she was still able to wear a layer of clothing underneath, since trick or treating in Wisconsin is usually cold. Comfortable to wear, would recommend.

Cute

Very nice that they finally made complete Minecraft costumes.  My son has been waiting so long!  This costume is really cute.  The reason I gave it 3 stars was because the Velcro strap for the mask is so short that my son can barely get it around his head and then it's really tight on him and there's no room for adjusting.  His head is not unusually large or anything, so not sure why they couldn't have made the straps longer for different head sizes.  We can make it work though by adding a new strap, but wish that wasn't necessary.

The mask is just thin cardboard I thought it would have been sturdier, better made for the price.

Expensive for overall quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old son was so thrilled to see this come out of the box! He could hardly wait to put this on! Sadly, he was quickly disappointed. First of all, the neck to the shirt/top is so tight it choked him and I could not even get it to attach. This made the top closure impossible to secure. Ok, no big deal. We decided to just leave it unattached. Well, this caused the velcro to scratch the back of his neck and pull the hair that got caught in the velcro and made him more uncomfortable. The mask looks like it would work just fine, but where the eyes are, related to the head strap, the bottom of the mask sits entirely too low on the head. This causes it to sit and push up on the bodice of the suit and made him unable to see out of the eye holes and, inevitably, fall off entirely. The pants fit well and he has been wearing those. Unfortunately, there are just too many issues with this suit that make it unusable. To add to the disappointment, I now have a sad 5 year old who can only wear the pants to his costume.
