My son watches cars over and over. This was an excellent addion to our car collection.

My three year old son loves this toy.   He has always been a fan of Frank so when this came out we had to get it.   He uses it without water but when we do put water in it, it becomes an outside only toy.  Water does spill out of it a lot.

Good conception, but if you put water into it, it is running out, and the surface will be wet, so it is better to use it outside with water. (but works perfectly without water too) The car's color is changing, it is OK too. Overall it is a useful toy, because your kid can use it different ways.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy has a lot going for it! The playset is basically a combine that scoops up a color change car and drops it into a hopper that is filled with water, allowing the car to change color. We had pretty good luck with the car getting picked up, and the hopper even has a design that lets the child retrieve the car WITHOUT having to open up the water chamber. The 'Frank" combine part is a little drab in appearance. I think it might have been more interesting if there were some other graphics or if it were jazzed up a little bit. HOWEVER, the color-change car is AMAZING!! It changes color (back and forth) in an instant, and with colors that are vivid and pure. The performance of the color change is so compelling that within a few hours of playing with the playset, we went out and bought another color change car. I envision a cup of cool water next to the bath tub, and the color change cars getting played with daily at bath time. The age for this toy is set for 4+, however I must tell you, that the recipient of this toy is a four year old. That did not change for one minute the joy that his 2-year-old brother has gotten out of this toy. He also especially loves the color-change cars. It's because the younger boy so enjoys it, that I gave it only an average rating on the "age appropriateness" category. I believe some younger children would enjoy it quite a bit, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a good toy. However, there are a few items to consider before purchasing. If the car does not get straight into the combine it will not shoot back into the water. Better instructions would be nice as it is hard to know how high to fill the water. If you get too much water then it does create a mess. Instructions for the water box and piece to get the car out would also be nice so that you know how to set it up. The water also needs to be very cold in order for it to change colors - it cant just be tap water. The quality of the plastic is very good and durable.

Chase and Change Frank

The water spills out everywhere and in order for the car to go from black to red it has to be ICE cold. I'm talking freezing. Very frustrating.

The toy does not pick up the cars as advertised.  My grandson was bored with it in within a day as it did not do as it was suppose to.
