My 3 year old daughter is a Frozen fan and absolutely loves this palace!  I like it because it plays the entire chorus of the first movie's hit song, "Let it Go".  I thought it was just a smaller portion of the song but when we got the package opened, I was pleasantly surprised that it played a full chorus.  My daughter sings with it each time.   The palace lights up and also makes other sounds.  This is NOT one of those annoying toys for parents.  Great purchase!  A must for young frozen fans!  The palace comes with Elsa and Olaf but I also purchased the sleigh separately (with Anna and Kristoff) to go with it so that she could have the four main characters.

Packaging could be better designed.  Part of the box itself has cutouts and is hard to wrap if gift.   It came with batteries and worked right out of the box though which is always a good thing and the girls were playing with it quickly.  My granddaughters love it!

Our special needs grandson age 5 is enthralled with all the features! The lights, song, characters, steps, slide and opening/closing door as well as the 'house' set up from behind.

Perfect for our 5yo Frozen fan!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas 2020. It came quickly and had batteries already installed. She has used it almost daily and it still looks and works great. The sound hasn't faded at all and it's just enough of the song “Let It Go” to not be annoying but enough to keep her happy. I am very pleased with this castle.

Great Buy!

Got this for my kid's 2nd birthday and she and my 4 year old love it. They play with all their little character figures in this, not just the Little People that come with it. Doesn't have a lot of pieces which is perfect for younger kids because they don't even need that stuff

2 year old loves it

I bought this as a gift for my 2 yr old granddaughter. It was a Christmas gift. The product was a huge hit, of course. I also ordered christoffs sleigh with Anna and Sven to accompany the castle with Olaf and Elsa. She loves it, and plays with it everyday.

The perfect gift

It would be nice if they had Anna, Kristoff, and Swen has people in the castle too since they are in the movies. A very nice castle and she enjoys playing with it.

What an absolutely amazing toy, this castle from Disney's Frozen is very pretty and extremely well made, it has button to twist and lights that flash, it also plays the well known song ''Let it go'' when one of the buttons is turned, it is well designed for tiny hands and really helps with hand eye co-ordination. My daughter adores this toy, I highly recommend.

The ice palace is an enchanting toy with its multicoloured lights that come to life whilst music plays when the steps are revealed - by twisting a dial or  when the palace doors are opened. When Olaf is put on the pedestal, the lights twinkle as music plays. When Elsa is put on the pedestal she sings the “Let it go” chorus.   The palace can ascend upwards, by approximate 6cm at the push of a large button, revealing yet more ice formations whilst the ice star then spins round. Once this has been done continued pushing of the same button speedily rotates the star. The steps are translucent and when revealed lets the light shine through, giving a magical glow. These steps lead to the balcony where the supplied Elsa and Olaf figurines can survey the land. At the other end of the balcony is a slide down to the ground which Olaf and Elsa love to use.  Looking into the palace from the rear, there are icicles and a fold down bed.  This is in addition to another moveable bed and ice throne. The Elsa and Olaf figurines are perfect for little hands. This is a simple and easy to use toy which is truly delightful and will engage little ones for hours on end.

Entertaining and imaginative play

Well built and a variety of sounds, but I imagine playability is rather limited (there isn't much to do!). I bought it for my 18month old who loves Frozen, so she loved this set, but doesn't play with it so much as bash things about and chew the figures. 
There is volume control, either loud or shouty. Not sure it was needed!
Got this on offer, would not have paid more for it.
