Cheaply built and lost the bolt as is jiggled loose and now I can't fold it for storage as it's stuck in the locked position

Lousy. Right out of the box we noticed that the sticker was not very sticky and was already peeling off. The wheels are stiff and do not roll well at all. My daughter is not able to move the handle bars side to side. Not what we expected of this brand. Very disappointed.
