I thought this would be much bigger for the price. My fault for not reading.

Read size dimensions so you won't be disappointed.

This toy is much smaller than I expected, especially for the price. I gave it to my niece for Christmas and she seems to like it but she wanted a bigger horse. I'll have to pay better attention to the details next time

My little girl was so excited to get this! she looked at every toy in walmart, and decided THIS is what she wanted. I thought the price was reasonable for a Sofia toy, until we took her out of the box! the wings fall off, Sofia's HEAD falls off, and i don't even understand what the horse is supposed to do? It comes with directions, but they basically state to make the horses wings flap by shaking the horse up and down...which doesn't really work. I personally wouldn't recommend this, though my daughter liked it. It hasn't gotten much play since the first week though.

We bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter and were unpleasantly surprised when we received this. It is much much smaller than we expected; please read the description carefully, I'm not sure we did. I do not remember if the ad described the true size.

Smaller than it appears

With the popularity of the show, I'm sure the demand for Sofia the First toys is high, however I DO wish there had been more quality control with this particular toy. The Sofia doll does not properly fit onto the horses back, the wings pop off several times daily, and you basically have to shake the horse to get him to "fly" (There IS a button to raise the wings, but they just stay up, no flapping, so it just seems kind of pointless) Since it is only a toy, I could overlook the fact this horse looks nothing like Minimus, but with all the other problems it just adds to my annoyance. For the price of this...my best advice is just to get your kid a different Sofia toy.

In the rush to meet demand, this fell short...

My daughter pulled sophas head off several times and the horse's wings in the first day. On the second day the skirt (made of thin rubber) broke and is no longer usable. She doesn't sit properly on the horse. Waste of money if you ask me.
