Good quality item.  Shipped and arrived according to quoted schedule.
Only problem with the unit is that is does not have a D-ring which would have made the cuff easier to use.

This blood pressure kit is not worth the money.  It comes with no instructions and spare parts you have no idea what their purpose is.  After assembling the stethoscope I could barely hear the pulse.  The release valve on the blood pressure cuff was very stiff, so it was very difficult, almost impossible, to release the air slowly and thus get a reading.  This purchase was a waste of money.  I should have known better.
