I admit I was skeptical at first. The low price gave me a feeling of getting junk. About 8 bucks in glue and fittings a little rewiring along with a few hours of my time and effort, it works great. Not quiet as strong as my previous 1hp pump but  plenty for my size pool. It primed immediately,  runs quieter than expected and all at 25% the cost of named brand. Yes very satisfied.

the pump was here a hole 5 days early . there are 2" adapters in the box. the only thing is it is a little noisy and seams to move a little leas water then the $500 pump from pinch a penny that lasted 3 years be for the seals broke down and leaked water in to the motter .

grate deal

Installed the Harris HPE003 pump about a week ago.  For the do it yourselfer, this was a pretty easy installation.  It comes pre-configured for 220VAC, but is easy to change to 115VAC if needed. The pump includes a couple of pvc Union fittings which was useful.   It seems to push enough water through the system, and it is really very quiet.  I could hear my previous motor from the back patio, but now I have physically go to where the unit is installed to hear it to see if it's running.  It re-primes very well.  So far I am very satisfied, and hopefully it will last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a tempt fix for a pump I had go out. It is too small for the pool I have but for the price I am quite happy with it's performance. If it buys me 6 months I will be very very happy. All in all a great product and a fantastic price.
