This is our second Dolphin, the first lasted 3 good years. We tried a Wybot C2 cordless, that machine was useless. So back to the tried and true Dolphin nautilus CC plus. first one worked flawless till it died. The new one has more features and does as good if not better then the first one. I reccomend the Dolphin line for anyone with a free form in ground pool. you just cannot beat the cleaning of this machine.

My husband maintains our pool and purchased the pool cleaner at my urging. We are both thrilled how clean the pool! The dolphin nautilus not only exceeded our expectations it has saved hours of time he spends weekly on the pool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has worked great for us.  Our old suction vacuum would constantly get hung up on steps or corners, this one does not.  It picks up everything with ease, and then stops automatically when done.  WIsh I had bought one years ago.

Keeps our pool sparkling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I buy this model. The first one lasted 5 years. I hope this one does too. Works great, picks up most debris, but it does get stuck on the steps. It stops when that happens so you have to toss it back in and press the power button to resume. I prefer this plugged version because I sometimes run it twice. Back to back, when the pool is really dirty and you can't do that with models that need to be charged

Great pool robot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Nautilus CC (cheaper version without WiFi) before and and it died after the warranty expired (a bit over two years). This new robot has WiFi and can be easily controlled using the app. You can also easily set up weekly schedule, which is not doable with the cheaper version.  Hopefully this one last longers.

More powerful and versatile pool cleaner

I've only had it for a month, but I absolutely love it! For the past five years, I've been hand vacuuming because my OCD doesn't tolerate any debris in the pool. This little dolphin is a gem! It picks up everything effortlessly, it is pretty lightweight, and easy to maneuver and hook up. Highly recommended!

Highly Recommended! Eliminate hand vacuuming!

I like how it is well built, and for the reputation of the brand, it is a good product from all the reviews.

However, being a Wifi enabled unit, it does not connect to wifi well. It took me over 30 minutes to set it up to connect to wifi, and it would lost connection. Now i simply use the bluetooth functionality, which defeats the purpose of buying the more expensive wifi model. It is too much hassle to bring back, so I will keep using it as if it does not have wifi function. 

(having wifi is a huge bonus, because every session only lasts two hours, and with wifi, you can create smart phone shortcuts and automatically run it for multiple times if you have longer cleaning session, too bad mine does not work with wifi)

Wifi not connecting

I'm concerned about the material quality over time. Brush/roller started changing color ( yellowing) after few uses. Not sure how it's going to look in few months or so. 
It cleans okay but I can see dirt/sand returning back to the pool  from the  cleaner top fan/opening. most likely I'm returning it.

Started yellowing after few runs

We purchased a Dolphin Nautilus to cut down on the number of times we need to clean our diatomaceous earth pool filter.  We have found no meaningful savings.

The Dolphin is a vacuum without brushes so it does not “clean” the pool. It only picks up lose material. So, we still have to use a brush to loosen any material that is stuck to the bottom or sides of the pool.

The machine travels in a random pattern and misses numerous areas before shutting down.

The vacuum filters are small and fill up before the job is done if the pool is moderately dirty requiring multiple cleanings before the job is done.

The filters do not capture fine material – they just pass through - so we need to run the pool filter and the vacuum at the same time.

Bottom line, we are not saving any time or money by having a Dolphin Nautilus.

Dolphin Nautilus forget about it

This is my second nautilus cc pro. First one lasted 5 years before it died. The reason for 1 star is apparently the cable that comes with the new unit is  10ft shorter than my original unit and will not reach all the way across my pool.
