Simple gameplay for solo or multiplayer modes.

Graphics are well-designed and visually appealing.

Your setup determines how many players  at a time (up to 2). Though, we play as a family, handing off the remotes once a level is completed or the failure is just too great. The game graphics are awesome! Rated E for everyone, but be prepared to help the little ones locate the "hidden" levels or bonuses. I highly recommend this as a family-friendly game, but you'll find adults reliving the nostalgia of Kong and Diddy just as easily.

im old school and love donkey kong, but i didnt like this game and gave it to my grandson.  oh yes hes spoilded. everything i do is for him

I bought this because I like to spend time with my son at night after dinner. This is a 2 person game  and you can choose from different characters. Graphics are decent. It's like many games where you kind of have to learn as you go.

Fun 2 player game

It was a good game,but it unfortunately doesn't have the same flare like when DK country belonged to Rare.
Nintendo got rid of Kong's animal buddies except for squaks and Rambi.
They also made the game even harder then the original Donkey kong country.
I could go up to the last level and explore all the stages on the Super NES Donkey Kong Country.
Can you on this Version?
No you have to unlock certain levels in order to really complete the game.
If you're a person who Rage Quits,don't get this game,unless you want your BP to spike.

If you don't like hard games,don't buy this game.

Nintendo should be ashamed of themselves! They are charging us ALL the Extreme prices for OLD games just remade for the Switch. I mean, this experience of Donkey Kong was No Better than when I first experienced it on the Wii U. Absolutely Not! It was actually worse, because the controls for the Switch cant seem to be arranged in a way to make Donkey Kong stop picking up Diddy everytime the is an action or movement. Really made our experience Suck and yet, we still paid Premium price for a game that should have been less than 20 bucks
