I've purchased five of these lanterns and if you use them long enough (one battery life if you're lucky), you'll be stuck with junk.  Not one of them will come on and two I returned for exchange because they never came on to begin with....the two worked for a few times, then nothing.

You Get What You Pay For

It's pretty bright great for pitch black nights. We tested it out when it first came to make sure it worked and stuck it in the emergency kit.

I love it!  It made life really tolerable during and after Hurricane Irma when we went without electricity for 31/2 days.  My nights were not miserable because it lit up the whole room and hallways.

I purchased this lantern for emergency power outages.  After trying it out, I put it away until I needed it.   A few months later, I got it out and the battery was dead!  The batterys are too expensive to have to replace all the time,  so I just threw it away and never got any use out of it

Battery Didn't Hold Up

I bought three for gifts, and it works well, but not one had the lanyard.

Good flashlight

Simplicity; uses 6 volt battery and I had already gotten one for a flashlight that I dropped and broke as I was taking the old battery out.

Pretty good; wish it was a little brighter.

It comes with a battery but only has one bulb not like the picture, it is bright, it arrived on time.

Seems to work ok.  Really have not used it a great deal right now.  Price sure was reasonable.
