Bought this table for the office. The printer is on the top & the tower fits on the bottom shelf.  Very sturdy.  Arrived well packed & was easy to assemble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Mason Ridge End Table and my husband quickly assembled it for me. All holes are pre-drilled on both shelves and all needed parts were in the box, along with step-by-step instructions. The table is modern in design with a simple and uncluttered look. The two shelves are made out of engineered wood and have a wood grain finish in the Sonoma Oak color, accented by a black metal frame. In some lighting the shelves appear to have a greyish tint. The weight of the table is about 17 pounds and is built solid and sturdy. It is about 21 inches wide by 21 inches in length and 21 inches tall which is the same height as my current end table. I like the Mason Ridge End Table because of its unique and more natural look. And it is a multi-purpose table that can be used as an end table or accent table any place in your home. I love that it has a convenient bottom shelf for extra storage. There are other Mason Ridge pieces that are sold separately that you can add to your collection – a coffee table, a TV stand, and even a writing desk. I just love that I now have a table that is both practical and space-saving to add to our living room.

Multi-Purpose And Space Saving Table

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This table goes together fairly easily and has sturdy a sturdy metal frame. The "washed wood" look is nice (and fits in well with my decor). The table is sizeable, and I would say it is a "full sized" end table with plenty of room for a lamp and pictures etc. The fact that it is "big" and well built, or solid, gives it a good grade, but I took off a star because the overall look is sort of simple or plain. The metal frame, while solid, looks thin and unsubstantial in relation to the size of the table top. I hate to take away a star for appearance because I really like the table's functionality. so I just gave it a ding in the appearance column above.

Big and Well built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the easiest piece of furniture to assemble yet and only took about 5 minutes! The box weighed about 23 pounds and packed well. When put together it's about 21x21x21 inches weighing about 18 pounds. This beautiful oak lamenated particle board, looks as good as real wood, and the painted dark grey (almost black) metal side frames are sturdy enough to hold up to 30 pounds on the bottom, and 20 pounds on top. A hex key is included but you'll need a Phillips screwdriver for the screws. Instructions are easy to follow in English and Spanish and have altrafurniture.com listed as manufacturer. However, when going to the website, it goes to ameriwood.com, both part of Dorell Home Furnishings. I was curious as to how they came up with the name Canton for this table, so called the 800 number in the instruction booklet, and found out it was all made overseas. So maybe Canton was named after Cantonese because the boards had stickers on saying made in China. With a name like Ameriwood, I thought maybe this furniture was made in America, but not this one. Still a great deal though for only $54, and so nice having a table next to couch, to put a plate of food, and drink on. For now, just have a plant and Bible, but will eventually put newspapers, magazines, and other papers underneath, too :-)

STURDY AND STABLE BEAUTIFUL TABLE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly of the end table took me two hours alone. I'm sure if my husband had helped or put it together it would have taken thirty minutes to an hour. The table once done is a very nice looking piece. The color is a grey wash. The faux wood look adds warmth to the faux steel base and legs. The style of the table can easily be used as Farmhouse or Industrial style setting. The downside of the faux grey wash, is the additional shading to make the wood looks real. The shading on the table I received was over done and not needed. To me the extra made the end table look cheap, and it made me think the table was damaged. I am not a fan of the table height once it was put together. The height of the table is 20 inches. To me for an end table it proved to be ackward in room I placed it in. The furniture in my Diva Den sits high and my ceilings are high as well. The height and too much shading are the only negative thing to say about this table. This table will make an excellent addition to your informal room.

that measures 20 ½ inches square and is 20 ¾ tall.
It comes needing assembly and requires screwdrivers
and a supplied hex key wrench to put together.
All of the hardware needed for assembly is included.
The assembly is not complicated and comes with very good
and easy to understand instructions. All holes and pre-
drilled into the shelves and the metal frame has
threaded captive nuts to make assembly easy.

The end table has two shelves a top and bottom and
measure approximately 19 inches square. They are
made from a wood grained composite plastic material.
They are a gray and tan in color and have a simulated
wood grain finish including some simulated saw mill
crosshatching to enhance the real wood look.

The maximum suggested weight limit for the top shelf
Is 20 pounds and the bottom shelf is 30 pounds. The
Table is sturdy and has a solid feel and weighs a total
of approximately 17 pounds .

As end tables go it is functional and utilitarian in nature.
It is a good choice as a budget friendly , sturdy and
practical piece of furniture. It is well made and
pleasing to the eye.

It is too short to be used as a snack table but well suited
for its intended use as an end table. I would not hesitate
to recommend it to a friend.

Mason Ridge End Table

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the opportunity to get this product for free in exchange for my review.

On the plus side, this table is much more attractive than I anticipated. I really like the fact that it's a gray wood, instead of your average brown wood - or I should say, faux wood. It's also more of a laminate, but it's very pleasing to the eye. The size is perfect for a side table. It's a wonderful addition to the side of the large chair I have in my entrance room. It's very unique. I also really, really like that it's got the two levels for you to put things on. The picture doesn't really do it justice - from the picture alone, I probably wouldn't have purchased it had I been buying it for myself. The table is sturdy, but easy to move around. The instructions say that you can place 20 pounds of weight on the top level, and 30 pounds of weight on the bottom level. I put a square glass topper (which can also be purchased at Walmart) on the top level so I can place drinks on the table without messing up the table's finish. The glass also gives it a nice finished look.

As a con, I put the table together by myself and it was quite the tedious task. I was quite surprised to see how flat the box was when it arrived - I knew I was in for some assembly duty when I saw the box. The table arrives in four pieces (two open metal squares, and the two wood pieces that serve as the top and bottom of the table). It would probably be better to put this together with a partner. The directions were confusing because it was mainly picture directions. Make sure, as always, that you don't tighten everything until you've got all the pieces put together and assembled properly. Even though I was frustrated by the directions, I still managed to get the table put together in around 45 minutes. And it was well worth it in the end because I love this table.

It's a keeper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembling this table was easy and it sits nice and level on my hardwood floors. The color is neutral and the metal is very sturdy. One word of caution - the assembly stickers can peel off the finish of the surface, leaving a white area. This table can blend into almost style with it's clean lines, neutral tones and minimalistic design. It's also generously sized compared to many side tables.

Simple lines, neutral tones, easy to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This accent/end table is compact and slender with a metal frame and a distressed gray oak look. I received it undamaged and it was really easy to assemble. You can use it next to any chair or couch and it is pretty sturdy with no wobble. You put a lamp on it or your TV changers and other remotes. It holds a good amount of weight because what I did with mine is I used it for a TV stand in the family room. I can set things below on the bottom of the accent table with anything I want also which gives it a personal feel. The sleek design blends industrial and modern styles together so it looks good.

RE: Accent Table

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This end table had very few parts to it. The parts to assemble the end table consisted of two panels which is the table top and bottom, two side frames and four rails. All made of metal. For the hardware there were eight bolts and sixteen screws. Also included was a hex key to help put together the table. That's all there is to the end table.

The two frames are shaped into squares so when you stand it up you can visualize two sides of the frame as legs and the other two sides as the top and bottom edge of the table. Then there are the four rails. These pieces are attached to the other two sides of the end table. When put together with the panels or table top and bottom it forms a square.

Putting the table together was so simple and easy. It took a mere fifteen to twenty minutes. My husband is a little slow so I'm sure the average person would have only taken no more then fifteen minutes. It was so easy!

The table is very solid and sturdy. The panels or table top and bottom is made of a solid plastic with a wood grain design/finish. I tested the table top to see if any liquid would soak into the plastic. I poured some water and moved the water around. The water did not soak in and just spread across the table. A good feature.

My two grandsons Logan and Aiden loved using the end table as their new eating table. They used
their little stools that came with their chalk board/easel table. The stools are just the right size and height for the end table. This is an inexpensive table so if you want something more upscale I would not recommend this product. However if you are on a tight budget, dress the table up a little. You could cover the end table with a piece of fabric or small table cloth. Put a lamp or an arrangement on it and you will have a whole different look.
