When you order online, you really do not know what to expect. This ottoman/storage is beautiful!
The storage space is great for just about anything. It looks like real leather! We are using it in our family room as a coffee table/ foot rest. I would recommend this especially for families who have small children just because its soft and safe around children who are beginning to walk. It's also a great piece to have to spruce up any room. It has a masculine look to it. My husband thought it was very simple to put together . The size and color are as stated, the brown is a very dark brown but pretty. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased this storage ottoman in espresso to store blankets. It's perfect! I love the way it looks and it serves it pupose. It's perfect for extra seating and firm enough to use as a coffee table. I searched so many websites before purchasing this one from Walmart. I've seen similar ottomans priced at $400 and I have to say I don't see a difference between this one and the $400 ones. My kids stand on it, jump on it, and play with their toys on it, so far it has handled all of their abuse. Just order it!

For the price, you really can't beat this. It's sturdy, has a roomy interior for storage, & looks well-made. The size is slightly thinner & moderately shorter than what I'd consider you're "average" coffee table, but it's not so small that it seems out of place or awkward. So far, it's held up to a couple weeks of my two children using it as a hide & seek play center, has been jumped on, as well as spilled on, without showing any damage afterward. :)

Added bonus is that the color matched our sofa/loveseat perfectly, it looks as if it was made to match the set.

I ordered this ottoman on a Monday and received it 3 days later!   Awesome piece of furniture!  Looks great - like real leather,  the inside storage is huge and only assembly required is to screw the legs on.  I'm so happy with my purchase.  You will not regret purchasing this!

GREAT PIECE!!!!!

I shopped around at multiple stores looking for an ottoman. I ended up ordering this one online thanks to the many great reviews and pictures that others posted. I have only had the ottoman a few weeks, but so far I love it. It looks far more expensive than it was.

Not much to say about an ottomon but I will try .. I was looking for somthing that provided both appearance and the option of storage and this product does both very well. I definitely recommend this product to anyone in market for a nice piece of furniture without breaking the bank .

Great Buy!!!

This ottoman is a great value and decent quality.  The large lid has shocks that hold the lid open so your hands are free to put items in you want to hide in your living room. They also allow closing by simply pushing down with one hand without having to free up a catch realease.  LOVE IT !

Great product for the price

I ordered this ottoman online, my expectations were not high for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and material durability. The faux leather looks very real, I have real leather furniture and this matches very well. The storage area is very roomy for our king size bed spread and decor pillows. Compfy & cushion top for sitting.

Happily surprised!

First off, recognize that this is not hand-crafted Amish furniture wrapped with high quality leather. Assuming you're seriously looking at this you probably have already accepted this point. I can't attest to it's durability as we've only had it a few weeks, but I'll be happy with at least 3-5 years of use. It's a little larger than we expected, but that's not a bad thing. The feel is decent, and the look is good. The storage is great and it was easy to put together (twist on the legs... done!). The only irritating things so far are: it comes packed with styrofoam and the little pieces go EVERYWHERE so watch out. :) And the "documentation" states a 50lb weight limit for the cover. Considering we're using this as a bedroom bench and are sitting on it, that was a little concerning (I'm about 200lbs). However, I haven't noticed any weakness after sitting on it for the last few weeks. Maybe one day I'll just fall through or something. If so, I'll update my review from the hospital bed. Until then, looks good, and was cheap. So the wife is happy and I'm happy. Enjoy!

Exceeds expectations, considering the price

I read all of the great reviews for this ottoman before I purchased but I've had a different experience with it. There was no problem with delivery or setting it up. I purchased the espresso color and it is a nice rich color. The problem is with the design of the top. It is not all cushion. It has a hard, I assume particle board, section that goes halfway up the top and then a layer of cushion, all covered with the material. What this did is cause a friction point at the transition if you sit on the ottoman or even put your feet on it. After a week, one corner has torn and another is rubbing thin. On a positive note, for those who decide to get it and you have a Roomba, there is enough room for it to travel underneath. I will be returning it to Walmart today.

Looks great but bad design
