Great price from Walmart, which is about half the price of the brick and mortar auto parts stores, and came within days of ordering. 
The Dorman 600-120 Encoder replaces the OEM GM part for Silverado trucks and Avalanche (this is the fix for the "Service 4WD" warning, and lack of shifting in and out of 4WD) and it does what it is supposed to do. I rated it a 3 due to the longevity of the part. I have replaced this part 3 times on my Avalanche (which has 220K miles).  They seem to last about 40 to 50K miles. It would be nice if they lasted longer as the repair takes a couple of hours to perform. Outside of the longevity, I'd rate the part a 5.
