The ice wrap uses two ice bags to completely surround the ankle or Achilles with cold compression. Icing an ankle injury promotes blood flow and reduces inflamation for faster healing. Physical Therapists and athletic trainers strongly recommend ice for controlling ankle pain and ankle injuries. Well, my first two uses, resulted in leaking of melted ice.  Like I tell my clients, you should read the instructions, as I should have !  In respect, I did ask the company when I called, " So you put the ice bag through the hole, then screw on the cap?"  YES she said.  WRONG!  YOU REMOVE AIR, which I figured out, with common sense, seal the bag, then squeeze [easily] through the cut out, no leaks.  I rated this four not 5 stars for 2 reasons .  One, I would enjoy a slightly larger mouth opening for the ice, maybe a full 1/2" at a minimum, so you aren't hand filling one by one, but ice does go in.  HARDER TO TAKE unmelted ice out though.  The bag seems to be very good quality itself with a slightly thicker than expected material.  The problem is, after 20  minutes of use, some of the not fully melted ice, sort of gets trapped in folds of the bag.  Minor nit-picking.  Very good quality bag, metal rim, rubber washer on cap.  The second reason 4, not 5 stars is the misleading photo;  If you have a TINY, tiny, tiny foot, maybe the neoprene will sit closer to you pinky toe, and rise to cover your ankle.  But I have on as typing this;  and my heel is near base of wrap ( as pictured on material), and the top goes a little above my ankle.  Ample coverage for my ankle, but NOT as pictured .  ( in PT, i've used Game Ready Boot, which is entirely different and costs many thousands of dollars, but that boot, covers foot to over ankle, this doesn't ).  I give this FIVE (5) Stars for Made in the USA.  Don't need some carcinogenic Chinese garbage on my skin.  One improvement I would advise, is longer velcro straps.  They are plenty long for one bag, even for two ice bags, but with two ice bags, becomes an exercise in balancing bag, strap, wrap, hook closure.  I would like to see this as a simple Neoprene telco wrap, so that I can use on knees or shoulders, with an ice bag.  I.e. flat with a bag hole, not shaped .
