Good for it's money

Unfortunately my first dryer which was registered. Suddenly died a while ago..  you sent a replacement which also lasted just a few months. It actually quit today! I have been loyal to y our product but hesitate to buy another.

This hair dryer I bought doesn't work properly after only a few months. I wrote to their customer service center but received no response.

Unfortunately this product was returned as it did not perform to expectations.  Though marked with a hp the same as my previous one, it was significantly less powerful and took longer to blow my hair dry.  As well, the power cord was shorter than my previous one and thus did not reach the length of space that I could continue to sit where I do while doing my hair.
