This pillow was recommended by my doctor b/c my existing cervical pillow did nothing for my neck stiffness and back pain.  This is by far the best pillow for individuals with bone spurs, degenerative disk spacing, and neck pain.

Worthwhile investment for neck comfort

I really like this pillow. I searched all over for one like it. I have neck/back problems which require a solid formed pillow like this.

While I have used this product for neck pain relief for many years I remain disatisfied with the manner in which this product is marketed. While the main pillow frame will wear out over time it is actually the individual foam inserts that wear out more fequently forcing the complete purchase of another pillow with all the inserts. I view this as very wasteful by the supplier and manufacturer. Repeat customers know which level of insert support they need and want and so the other inserts being sold as a &quot;kit&quot; are not used and are discarded. A better economical solution is allowing a repeat customer to order only the exact level of firmness of the insert without having to reorder the complete pillow again which is logically more expensive and wastes land fill space! Please reconsider how you are marketing this product!

Walmart offered a better price.  I used to buy directly from Core Products and missed their sale price buy a day.  I love that Core Products offers various options for the customer to adjust the firmness of this pillow.

The firmness I needed.

I finally got some relief for neck soreness.  The "firmest" is a bit too firm and the softest a bit too soft - and yes, there is one that seems just right.   I hope it has endurance for the price.

Worked for me - neck pain relief

I have neck dystonia and have tried many different pillows but this is the best one for me for comfort, support and overall pain relief.

I have purchased double core cervical pillows for many years, as the ONLY pillow that fits my needs. I have cut some down to fit in carry-on luggage, as I couldn't sleep a single night without it. My Core Products pillows have been around the US, to Mexico, and Ireland. So why a one star review? The entire pillow has been re-engineered. You now have four options that you can pop in and out. They are just not even close to the quality of the original. They seem to shift around and just don't have the same support. 

I gave it a good four months of use, trying to be optimistic, and had luckily saved my old original pillow which I am now using. No idea what I will do next, but this pillow just isn't working like the original. Why did you mess with perfection?
