I love this shampoo. It smells really pretty and has been effective in not only cleaning my hair but the texture of my hair is soft and supple. I have colored my hair for many years and have effectively through many things like overall health have chosen noninvasive products to keep my  hair healthy and strong.  I highly recommend this shampoo, not only for a luxurious experience, but with the added protection from any damage.

Great shampoo, my hair feels so nice!

First of all, only a tiny squirt comes out when you hit the pump so I have to use like 20 squirts of shampoo just to get a quarter sized amount. Secondly, it WILL NOT LATHER. No bubbles, no foam, just a weird squeaky consistency. Thirdly, my scalp was still greasy when I got done showering because it's impossible to get the shampoo to lather up. I ended up taking a second shower with a different shampoo just to get my scalp clean. And lastly, my hair was literally squeaky and more tangled than it's ever been. I don't know how they can call this a breakage remedy when it matts your hair up for more breakage.

I hate it!

Over priced and over hyped. Gave it a month and saw no results at all, just took twice as long to rinse as other products that perform better.  Won't waste my money on this again.

Bogus, son't buy

Wish I could give this product negative stars, because it's in the garbage after the first use, bought the conditioner and leave-on treatment too, goodness I wonder who tests these products, bald people? More than an hour detangling my hair after washing my hair after first use, I think I lost half of my hair in the process, don't understand how companies can get away selling products like this.

I like the shampoo and will continue to buy it as I need more BUT I ordered a total of 5 bottles. The first -2- came in a box and was delivered by a carrier, directly to my apartment.  NOW, the next -3- bottles came in a plastic bag delivered to the bench outside of the building. I had to wash shampoo off the outside of these three bottles. SO, Beware, ordering items here is a crap-shoot. Sometimes they do things right and sometimes  "Not so much."

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
