i started using dove shampoo after covid. i had lost my hair and when my new hair was coming out it was very dry, i started using Dove shampoo and conditioner and after two weeks my hair started to be shiny, bouncy and movable. love Dove shampoo and conditioner

beautiful hair

I have been using this product for years. I know most say don't wash your hair daily but I have. This shampoo has worked great over the years and I have continued to use it. I sometimes have sensitive skin and have shifted to only use Dove products on a daily basis. So far it's worked great for me. It has a nice scent and doesn't leave my hair feeling like it has buildup. I would recommend it.

Great shampoo

Been trying to find something that rinses out fairly easily with the softened water we have in the house. Dove seems to be one of the easier rinsing choices. I've been using it for several years now and am very pleased. Would highly recommend it, especially if you have a water softener system.

I am not a chemist but Dove Shampoo for Women Intensive Repair w/ Bio-Protein Care Technology %26 Amino Serum, 28 oz. Tamed my hair. My thin dry, brittle, fly away hair felt thicker. Even my husband noticed. Don't expect miracles but instead a noticable difference.

Ok, it's been a minute ok, years since I had a haircut other than by myself. Also, i color a lot and have really bad ends. I used this shampoo and conditioner and saw immediate results! So happy and it smells great!

I like this one for an "everyday" option if you have dry hair. Beware, it is quite moisturizing, so if you have very fine hair, be stingy with it. I do a first wash with Pantene Sheer Volume as my first wash since that gets my hair squeaky clean, then use this one as a second wash to put a little moisture back in.

Very Moisturizing, fine hair beware

I like the really like product, I've been buying Dove shampoo and conditioner for years. Recently I noticed that they changed the bottle design, which is okay. But, what I am not okay with is that they also decrease the amount of content you get, it changed from 20.4 Oz to 18 OZ. On top of that, you guys increased almost two dollars to every single Dove shampoo and conditioner in the store. So now, we are paying more money for less product.

I had been using this for a few years because it made my  coarse hair soft and manageable.  With the recent bottle change and reduced amount, the formula is different.  It smells different, lathers different, and leaves my hair dry and frizzy.  I had to switch because it is awful now.  Won't be buying anymore.

Three years ago Dove's Ultra Intensive Repair Concentrate Shampoo for Damaged Hair really helped my color-damaged hair.  It made my hair feel more silky, repaired.  Then Dove quit selling the concentrated form of this shampoo, but  continued to sell Dove Ultra Care Intensive Repair Shampoo for damaged hair.  (See picture labeled "old one.")  This worked almost as well as the concentrate.  My recent purchase from Walmart, Dove Shampoo for Damaged Hair Intensive Repair with Bio-Protein Care Technology and Amino Serum (see picture labeled "new one."), is all I can find in the Dove line that I expected to be comparable.  It isn't.  In fact, this shampoo makes my hair feel like straw from the moment I apply it.   (How do you manage to make wet hair feel like straw?)

I followed all 3 shampoos with Dove's damage repair serum mask.  The formula for that also seems to have changed recently, but not as drastically.

I was so nonplussed by the shampoo that I thought surely I'd received a counterfeit product.  But the bottle is sealed in such a way that I couldn't see how that was possible.  When I looked it up online, I saw that Dove had changed the formula.  And, what a mistake!  I'm now looking for something that can undo the damage.
