I have been using Downey rinse out older fabric rinse since it came out and it is wonderful. Keeps your bath towels so when you take a shower and go to dry off, you can smell it Downey rinse out out of fabric softener in the cool cotton perfect lay down on your sheets that you've used this with and you just melt way to sleep on that pillowcase great product.

Softness fabric, rinse, and cool cotton by Downy

walmart.com

I've been using Downy Rinse %26 Refresh for a while, and I really like how fresh it leaves my clothes. The scent is clean without being too strong, and my laundry feels softer after washing. It also seems to help get rid of any leftover odors, especially on workout clothes and towels. It's easy to add to the wash, and a little goes a long way. Overall, it's a nice product if you want your clothes to feel and smell fresh after every load.

Refreshing, especially for summer clothes or sweat

I absolutely hate the price they want for a large site bottle like this %26 or doesn't have very clear direction on use per load. It just says start with 1/3 cup. I also don't like the lid. it had a pull tab when you open it but I don't recommend pulling it. instead just unscrew the lid bc if the bottle is sitting on the counter or washer and falls, it will spill all over. the weight of the product %26 force when it lands on the ground makes the lid pop open %26 the product gushes our all over %26 the price they want when not on sale make this very upsetting. Also idk exactly what they ingredient is but as small amounts of it drip on the bottle %26 will build up a residue around the cap and looks awful( idk why but it reminds me of sugar water) if you would it off with a paper title it feels gritty like undisloved sugar water. This product is great at getting tough odors out of clothing especially anything that says not to use fabric softener on. great for things dogs use or just a smelly family members cloths. With this product you can get rid of things like oxy odor eliminator, Lysol laundry sanitizer, sent booster crystals (that never really dislove all the way in could water). it doesn't have or give your cloths a strong fragrant sent like you would get from fabric softener %26 or doesn't help with static cling but your dad's stinky work socks won't smell after washed. the price is ridiculous though and I've yet to try cheaper generic brands like from the Dollar general to see if they work as well but I do plan on it. What drives me nuts about this the most is how it opens with the pull thing and not closing well (easily spilled even with lid on) %26 the residue build up that happens where you put and it drips. you'll see it around the threads where the lid screws on, steaks off or running down the bottle, accumulating on the bottom leaning a mark where ever you normally set it, even down the side of your washer or dryer even if you think it's not a lot spilled when it dries it'll stick out more.

GREAT@ REMOVING ODORS COAT WAY TO MUCH

Have well water, iron and manganese, which leaves a faint odor in wash. Tried vinegar, baking soda. So far, this rinse is only thing which leaves my laundry smelling fresh.

Fresh smell even with well water

we were having trouble with build up in my husbands shirts ...they just seem to start feeling heavy from the soap residue no matter how much you rinse the t shirts. adding this Downy rinse out odor has really helped and the tshirts feel much better and have a great scent now too. definitely is a bit pricy though.

helps a lot

I always use the Downy Laundry Rinse along with laundry beads (do change the scents to see which combinations I prefer) and love the way my laundry turns out. MMMM, it always smells great now!

A Favorite

One family member works in a deli where he cooks fried chicken and Chinese food. This is the only the product I have found that gets the smell out of his clothes! You don't have to use much to get great results.

Great for getting rid of stubborn smells!

I love this stuff. It gets out all the stuff in my clothes. I use too much laundry beads and detergent and this really helps get that out along with my teenage boys sweaty smells. This stuff works wonders! Buy it you can thank me later. lol.

Love the scent of this one! Leaves our towels and sheets smelling great, though I often wish the scent lasted longer, after being in the cabinet for a day or two the scent seems to disappear, they still smell fresh but not just washed strong, scented.

Clean and fresh without the perfumey smell

For sure helped with a load of laundry we forgot about and had a super musty smell. Some smell remained but I think another wash with this will get rid of it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this brand, but not this product. It has a pleasant, fresh scent of cool cotton, but after using it, it's barely noticeable on clothes. Also, because it's poured into the fabric softener compartment, you can't use fabric softener. After using this product, your towels become hard and not soft at all. I don't recommend this product from Downy. And that applies not only to this scent, but to others as well. The bottle is very inconvenient!

No result.
