I really like the smell of this Downy. The smell last a long time. I can take bedding out of my drawer and they smell just as they did when removed from the dryer. It gives me a calming feel whether it be the clothes I’m wearing or the sheets when I go to bed. The only drawback I can see is it’s a little more expensive than regular downy but it’s not enough that I would go back to the original.

I have sensitive skin when it comes to laundry products but have not had any issues with this. Although I really miss the scent of Downy from the 70’s but this is pleasant enough. I use mine in a downy ball and and the whole load smells good and so does my laundry room. Don’t have static in all the knits which I love.

I absolutely would not buy anything else!  I love the scent of the lavender vanilla bean. I use the detergent/fabric softener %26 beads.  It makes our clothes have an amazing fresh scent, but, even more, I put some of the fabric softener in a spray bottle with about 1/4 water and the rest fabric softener, and spray a rag, then throw it in my dryer as a make my own dryer sheet for added scant and softening.  You have never slept in an amazing comfortable set of sheets until you’ve used this scent with the calming, as the lavender calm is just as described!!  Love it!!!!! 💜💜💜

While this is popular. I use the dryer sheets and tuck in dresser drawers and also hang them in closet (bugs don't like it).  For the laundry I use the liquid formula. The scent is moderate, neither weak or strong, right smack in the middle which is perfect!
The scent is long lasting! The softness depending on fabric I use - use more or less, your preference!

You cannot go wrong with Downy. It is the ONLY fabric softener on the market that does everything it says it does in the ads. You can fold laundry, put it in the drawer, pull it out a month later and it still smells amazing. Your towels will feel amazing, don’t even get me started on the way your bed sheets will smell and feel. Pair this with Tide and you will be set!!

love this the smell last a long time and every time you rub up against it the smell comes out of your clothes I'm a smoker and the smell still comes out the lavender and vanilla bean is great even though I smoke I can still rub my clothes and the fragrance comes out I can wash my clothes and put them in the closet in a year later pull them out and rub my clothes and can steal smell this fragrance it's the best fabric softener I've ever bought in my life I will never use another fabric softener other than this thank you I love this stuff I use the fabric softener sheets and the beads also

LOVE the lavender  smell!!!  My clothes smell clean and fresh!!  And Lavender is a very relaxing scent!!  I sweat a lot so my clothes are stinky after I wear them.  The lavender smell lasts for several days if not weeks.  My clothes feel softer!  I LOVE it!!  NO generics for me!!  Nothing works like Downey!  I also use the beads for further enhancement when I can afford them, but the softener does well without them!

Fresh Clean relaxing smell

Its fabric softener, by downy. It the brand i prefer.  It works, keeps my clothes soft and still smells fresh after a week.  This fabric softner i have been using for a few years now.  We always have best results when using in our own washer or at a laundry mat

Fabric Softner

I have purchased this many times but now it has a new cap that is very hard to open with the wrap and also after it’s been opened. It is also very dark in color and very hard to see the lines showing the amount being poured.  I love the smell but it doesn’t last a long time. I still need to use a dryer sheet

Didn’t enjoy. The smell was strong, in my opinion. Also, don’t usually have an allergic reaction because usually use downy liquid. But this seemed to really hold to the fabric and it caused a lot of itching.
