We bought some Dr. Brown's Level 3 nipples that we could not locate in several other stores. With the free shipping, lowest price and right-to-door delivery in record time I could not be happier!

Work great for thicker bottles like cereal or baby food. It is quite the jump from level 3 to r though. I feel like there should be a size in between.

I bought the pacifier, and while it's convenient to use, it's a bit difficult to clean. There are some hard-to-reach areas that make thorough cleaning challenging. I hope this can be improved. Overall, it's still a good product.
